Using Western astrology:
Astrology is defined as "the divination of the purported influences of the stars and planets on human affairs and terrestrial events by their positions and aspects" in the Merriam Webster dictionary.
When defined, observed, and computed from the perspective of the earth, tropical astrology examines how celestial things affect our earthly beings. Sidereal astrology performs the same thing, but from a known-universe scale rather than from the perspective of the earth. The construction and current state of tropical astrology will be the main topics of this article.
The Natal Chart, also known as the Birth Chart, is one of the most significant (if not the most significant) components or tools in astrology. It can be thought of as a "picture" of the celestial bodies' positions at the precise moment of our birth. The ascendant, followed by the 12 houses of various extensions and elements, which simultaneously interact with the 12th sign of the zodiac and its elements (air, water, earth, and fire) depending on our place of birth and its coordinates, is what determines where the zodiac wheel will start.
In this way, the chart's four different quadrants are concurrently related to various facets of the inner life and the relationship with "the others." The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are regarded as "personal planets," particularly the Moon, Sun, and Ascendant because of their speed. Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto, on the other hand, are regarded as transpersonal/generational planets because of their extremely slow cycles, which causes these planets to remain in the same positions for many generations.
