It is really important to inform you that we are NOT related in any way to any “housing” or “travel” organizations. Only the IPO staff can assist you with this within Tec Campus Querétaro. We cannot stress this enough. Feedback from previous international students includes the following: fraud, burglaries, poor (or lack of) security and maintenance, far and conflictive neighborhoods, and bad relationship quality/price, among others.

1. Please. bear in mind that you should not pay anything for housing before arriving in Queretaro.
2. In case you have to sign a contract, the lawyer can assist you in verifying it.
3. The closer you live to campus, the better.
4. This is our official housing website. We are in no way related to other organizations that offer housing options.
5. Make sure to compare prices. Accommodation in Querétaro may be cheaper than in your home country, but always make sure to get a fair price for what you get.
