Getting to Symphony Hall

ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS 

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra - Woodruff Arts Center  

Calloway Plaza 

1280 Peachtree St. NE Atlanta, GA 

 
From South Atlanta (85N) 

• Take exit 250 10th Street/GA Tech) 

• Turn right onto 10th Street 

• Go to the third light and turn left onto Peachtree Street 

• When you get to the fifth light, the Woodruff Arts Center is on the left corner of Peachtree and 15th Streets 

• Go through the light and take a left into Calloway Plaza 

From Northeast Atlanta (85S) 

• Take I-85 South to exit 84 (17th, 14th, and 10th Streets). Bear right and take the 17th Street Exit 

• Turn left over the bridge 

• Continue 17th Street. Stay right at Spring Street and West Peachtree Street. Turn right on Peachtree Street 

• Take the entrance just before the Woodruff Arts Center sign and enter Calloway Plaza 

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Buses will be told to Drop off at Calloway Plaza. We do have some construction going on around the entrance- buses will be able to pull all the way to the door and unload directly into the hall. See Map. 

• ASO Staff will greet the bus and gather information. Teachers, be sure to ask for your bus driver’s cell number in advance. ASO staff will assist with where to be picked up. 

• Teachers and students will be directed to the entrance of the hall and seated. Please hold any restroom breaks until after seats have been assigned. 

BUS PARKING

• Buses will be directed to park in several areas, see attached map. The closed lane on Peachtree Street between 16th & 15th street, 15th Street, 6th Street near the High Museum of Art, as well as West Peachtree Street in front of MARTA.  

• Buses are to remain parked until their student groups join them. 

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

• From the stage, groups are dismissed and told where their buses are parked. 

• Once the groups leave the venue, staff are in place to direct them to their parked buses.
