This journey to Spain offers a unique blend of cultural exchange, historical exploration, and adventure. After landing in Lisbon, Portugal (TAP Airlines), we will travel to Trujillo, a picturesque town in Western Spain, where students will engage in a language exchange with local peers. Afterward, we return to Madrid for two nights to experience the capital’s vibrant energy, mouthwatering cuisine, and artistic legacy.
For four mornings, students participate in a language exchange with Spanish students, fostering friendships and strengthening their communication skills. Afternoons will be filled with exploration—walking tours of Trujillo’s medieval streets, hiking in Monfragüe National Park, learning flamenco from an experienced dancer, and playing soccer with local students. These activities create a deeper connection to the local community and culture.
The final leg of our trip brings us to Madrid, where we’ll uncover the city's rich history and modern energy. We’ll explore its lively streets on a walking tour, visit the world-famous Reina Sofia museum to see masterpieces like Picasso’s Guernica, and experience the passion of a live flamenco show.
