Parking Lot Safety
The studio is home to children of all ages. Please enter and exit our parking lot with extreme caution. Never park your vehicle in any area that is not a designated parking space. If you park in a space that is very close to the building, another car, or its windows, be careful opening your car doors. Please do not leave your car idling unattended. Do not park or wait for your child in your car, blocking the driveways or other cars. Please do not allow siblings to play in the parking lot. Always lock your cars. Lake Shore Dance and its building owners are not responsible for any loss or damage in the parking lots.

Parking and drop-off are a little different at each location. We share our parking lots at both West Bend and Cedarburg studios, so we do need to be aware of that shared space. Here are a couple of notes to keep in mind:

Please refrain from parking in marked handicapped spots and leave these open for those who may need the space.
Remember to be courteous to other drivers in the parking lots and park within the lines and maintain control of your doors when opening them. We are not responsible for damage caused to your vehicle or that you cause to other vehicles in the parking lots.
We are a facility serving families with small children. Please be alert and aware of small children that may be walking or running in the parking lots. Hold your child’s hand and help them to learn to be aware of parking lot safety.
Small children must be walked into the facility instead of being dropped off for their safety.
Overnight parking is not permitted.

Please park in the North Parking lot. There are two entrances for this lot and ample parking. Enter the building using the paved ramp on the right side of this picture
You are now in the north foyer. Students over the age of 12 may wait in this foyer for their ride to pick them up.
Proceed through this door to enter the facility
*The building automatically locks at 9 PM. Once you exit the facility after 9 PM, you will not be able to re-enter. You can always exit through all the exits to the outside.
Turn left and walk down the hallway. At the end of the hallway, to your left, you will see an elevator that brings you directly into our studio suite. If you use this elevator, press 2 to go to our suite.
Welcome to the studio! Now that you are here, head straight down the hallway - you will pass the restrooms and the student lounge on your right. At the end of the hallway, turn right and you are now in our waiting area. To your left is the waiting room, the front desk (on the far side from where you are), and classroom/studio entrances. You can straight ahead is Studio B, to your right is Studio A, and to walk to Studio A, you can go to your left past Studio B.
Alternatively, you can access our facility from the North Side of the building. There is limited parking available to the studio in this lot. Please do not park in the spots that are clearly labeled handicapped or reserved for the Chiropractor's Office.
On the end of the building, you will see the main doors. Enter through both sets of door and you are in the building's common area. Please remember that other businesses are operating in the facility - remind your children to use walking feet and quiet voices.
Turn to the left once you have left the foyer and walk to the elevator on your left, just past the conference room. Take this elevator to the second floor. You can also take the stairs up one flight. Once you arrive, turn to your right twice.
You can get to our private elevator on this side of the building - turn left before you get to the elevator and walk through the common space to the opposite end of the building.
Important! After 7 PM, the south stairwell locks for security, and you cannot exit into the common area from inside the stairwell. This stairwell is for emergency exit only after 7 PM, and you can only exit through the south door onto the grassy area. Students and parents should use the North stairwell or elevator to exit.
Welcome to Lake Shore Dance! This door is locked after 7 PM - please use the north entrance after this time.
Go through the doors, turn to the right and you will see our reception desk and boutique area. Turn left and you will go past Studio C and B and the waiting area.

Welcome to Lake Shore Dance in Port Washington. The studio has a drop off lane on the West Side of the building and parking on a paved lot and a gravel lot on the north side of the building. This is the West entrance - you can drop off your students here if they are old enough to walk in on their own. There is no parking in this lane so that the traffic flows. The parking spots to the right of this door are for our closing employees.
To park, continue through the drop off lane to our back parking lot and find yourself a spot. When the lot is full, please go to the back parking lot, entering from Moore Road at the North of the lot. Please be sure to leave a driving space so no one is blocked in.
Enter through the single glass door on the north side of the building and walk up the small ramp. You are now in the classroom hallway. Straight ahead of you is the student lounge and to the right of the lounge, you will see the waiting area and the front desk. Next to the front desk are the restrooms.

The West Bend location has two parking lots that you can park in and street parking. Upon arrival, use the driveway to the north of the building. You can turn left immediately to park in front of the building, or continue straight and park in the lot behind the building. If you have small children, please park in one of the lots instead of on the street. Older children can be dropped off by our door.
Please note that the North driveway is "enter only" and the South driveway is exit only. This helps maintain a safe traffic flow through the parking lot.
Enter the facility through our front door - our logo is on the door which is toward the south end of the building. You will enter into an airlock, then through a second door into our space. To your right is the front desk and the boutique and a waiting area is to your left.
If you have parked in the back parking lot, please use the sidewalk on the south side of the building for a safe way to get to the front door. Simply follow the sidewalk - it brings you right to the front door.
Straight ahead of you is a hallway to the studios, dressing rooms and bathrooms.
To get to the bathrooms, student lounges, and classrooms, enter the hallway. Almost immediately, you will see the bathrooms on your right. There is a girls' room with two stalls and a family bathroom with a changing table.
Continue walking through the hallway and you wlil come to the student lounges next on your right. The first one is used by students in Level 6 and higher and the second one is used by Level 5 and lower.
The West Bend location has 4 classrooms, all with observation windows. Turn to the right at the end of the hallway. Studio D will be on your left and Studio C will be on your right past the bubbler/water bottle filler.
Straight ahead of you is studio A and to your left is Studio B.
