This ranks first in the list of the social sites used by Filipinos. In this digital era, it is uncommon for us to see someone without a Facebook account. Even the older generations learnt how to make and use one. It has become one of the essential tools in communicating most especially now that we are becoming more digital.
Facebook offers a lot of features. You can share a post, and you can include a photo or video. With Facebook Messenger, you can chat, call, or video call your friends and family. You can even start a group call or video call, as needed.

That is why they buy advertisements which is also easier now that there is already Facebook for Business.
Additionally, even chat supports are there. While there still exists customer care hotline numbers, a lot of organizations built their official Facebook pages. And this also becomes an online hub where customers can avail of their products and services and be given their needed assistance through the customer support managing said pages.
