Copies of the annual report will be ready for pickup in the Gathering Area. There are copies of the 2019 Treasurer’s Report that did not get included in the original copy, and thus there are single copies available in the Gathering Area.
ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL POTLUCK & MEETING
The upcoming annual congregational potluck is scheduled this Sunday, January 26 at noon, and the meeting will begin at 1 pm.
RENEWAL 2.0 – WEDNESDAY NIGHT MINISTRIES
Join us for Wednesday night programming at reNEWal as we continue the same as last year to offer programming for all ages, but with some changes. A meal will be available to those who wish to partake beginning at 5:45 pm. A recommended donation for the meal is $3/person or $10/family. As previously, programming will take us from 6:15-7:30 pm in various areas of the building. Join us!
St. Pauls will have a fun Souper Bowl competition to benefit the Salvation Army. Donations of cans of soup or monetary donations can be given to cheer on your favorite Super Bowl team. The youth will help to organize this event. So, cheer on St. Pauls youth, the Salvation Army and your team. Containers for donations will be available the weekends of January 25-26 and February 1-2.
ORPHAN GRAIN TRAIN
St. Pauls will be volunteering again at Orphan Grain Train Saturday
February 8th from 10:00am till noon. We would like to have 12 – 15
volunteers. As in the past, we will help with sorting, folding and packaging clothes. Stacy Spotanski will have a signup sheet.
TEMPLE TALK – FEATURED SPEAKER
Holly Boeselagar from Grand Island Publics Schools is scheduled to give a Temple Talk during worship services on February 9. Holly is the Family Transitions Coordinator with the GIPS Outreach Center and works with children that are currently homeless. This will be an opportunity to
understand this problem that is affecting our community. Holly will be available during the coffee hour for any questions that you may have.
VALENTINE’S BREAKFAST – YOU ARE INVITED
Treat your valentine to our Annual Pancake Breakfast to be served in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning on February 16 between 8 am -11 am. The menu of Pancakes & Sausage, Fruit and Coffee Free will be served by the Men’s Group. Adults will be $5,and children 10 and under will be $3.
