NEW CLASS DURING LENT: Pastor Bill is leading “Voices From the Shadows” on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm. It is a video discussion series about 6 individuals who interacted with Christ, yet remained in the shadows. Popcorn will be provided!

PROJECT HUNGER: on Saturday, 3/23, 10am-3pm, the 28th annual Easter Basket Extravaganza is being held at 1st Presbyterian Church. Our Council and Men’s Group each have baskets for bidding!

LILY ORDERS...are due by 3/17!

PALM SUNDAY: we will celebrate the First Communion of Phoebe Swanson at the 10:30 service!

HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE:

3/27: Easter Egg Hunt, 6pm (ages 2-Grade 5, BYOB—Bring Your Own Basket); at 7pm, meeting for HS youth interested in going to Denver 

3/28: Maundy Thursday service, 11:30am (Chapel), 7pm (Sanctuary) 

3/29: Good Friday service, 3pm (Chapel), 7pm (Sanctuary)

3/30: Decorating for Easter 9am, Easter Vigil service 7pm

EASTER SUNDAY WORSHIP: 7am Sunrise (in the Garden!), 8:30 Traditional, 10:30 Contemporary

LENT COLLECTION: the Mission-Vision team is suggesting that we all donate $1 per day of Lent (40 days). This collection will go to Lutheran World Relief. Please indicate “LWR” on the memo line of your check, or indicate on your offering envelope what the gift is for.

BOWLING AND BILLIARDS...at Westside Lanes for the HS youth on Sun, 3/17, at 2pm.

SCHOLARSHIP APPS: for graduating seniors and/or current college students, paper apps are in the office, or downloadable pdf’s are on our website. (Please select “renewal” version if currently in college)

BINGO PRIZES: our Mission Team is collecting prizes for the Chrysalis BINGO party in April. Snacks are a popular prize item!

SHARING OUR FAITH: with Pastor Jeff, is on Fridays at 10am 

BUILDING ACCESS: if you need access to the church after office hours, you will need to fill out the digital form on our website, or fill out a paper form in the office
