This part was extremely tedious. Making all of these pieces proportional to the one before and after it. This was still early on in my illustrator experience so I didn't know the best way to scale pieces for my needs. I started by making each piece almost completely on its out by outlining another piece to be just a bit bigger.
This angle really shows how the middle pieces sadly didn't come out the way that it was planned. Each piece does not have that same change in size making it not come out as curved as it should have been.
For the front few pieces they just rested on their assigned slot
For the middle pieces, they are resting on the middle body structure while at the same time holding up the side body pieces.
Since the slots for some of the pieces didn't line up correctly they had to get hot glued or they would've sat too unproportionally low compared to the rest of the rhino
This project was rewarding and another big learning experience for me with Adobe Illustrator. This wasn't the most fun project to do though because of how tedious it was to make sure everything was the right size and lined up only to still have some issues. As an aspiring engineer, we learn from our mistakes and keep building.
