If you haven't seen it already, the Saints Way Club run date has been set for Sunday 2nd June 2024 .

This is a wonderful day out for the whole club, where you will have the opportunity to meet many of the other runners who you don't usually run with.

There will be a post on our Facebook group giving all the information, however, the run-down is as follows:

The route runs from Padstow to Fowey.  It is broken up into 6 sections of approximately 5 miles each.

• Leg 1 Padstow to Blabel House (5 miles, 60% off road)

• Leg 2 Blabel House to Withiel (6 miles, 75% off road)

• leg 3 Withiel to Lanivet (4 miles, 30% off road)

• Leg 4 Lanivet to Lanlivery (5 miles, 50% off road)

• Leg 5 Lanlivery to Golant (5 miles, 40% off road)

• Leg 6 Golant to Fowey (4 miles, 50% off road)

There will be lovely food and drink stops at each location, so you won't need to carry lots! The food is donated by club members, so please feel free to get your cooking apron on!

As this is open to everyone, there will be two start times.  The gentler paced people will start earlier, and those with a bit more speed in their legs will start an hour later, usually meeting up as one group between Lanivet and Lanlivery.

If you are new to the club but unsure on the distances, perhaps you have just achieved the 0-5k, but still want to join in - you absolutely can!!!!  Just pick your Leg/Legs!  Running into Fowey, paving the streets Purple and Gold is such a wonderful enjoyment - please come and join in.  If you are unsure there are many people around to ask.
