Returning families were sent a link on June 20, 2025 from our online registration partner, Parish Giving, with instructions for re-registration.

Parish families who are registering for St. Agnes CCD/PREP for the first time should visit https://www.onesimplifiedforms.com/user?f=CDF1CCCF8BD1726381D792E9ED90022C69664A0972C59211364CE36A63EA70F76B7BFFFA89146BB4E493D61B5BF92B1B to complete a pending registration.  

If the registration is received and approved by the Religious Education Office, you will receive an automated email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that was created for you.  Sign in to your account to make payment, then select sessions for your children.   

Families new to St. Agnes PREP must be registered parishioners of St. Agnes Parish.  If you are not registered in the parish, please contact the parish office (215-257-2128) first.  

All children who are new to our program, which includes all children registering for Level 1, who were not Baptized at St. Agnes must provide a Baptismal certificate from the Church of their Baptism.  If you do not have your child's Baptism certificate, please contact the parish or church where your child was Baptized to obtain a Baptism certificate.
