GUEST PASS CRITERIA:
Submit as many names as you'd like, but passes are limited to a max of (5) per company (e.g. 5 for Walmart, 5 for Chase, etc.)
Must be an END USER (not a solution provider), as defined by Customer Management Practice:
WHAT IS AN END USER? To qualify for the End User Guest Pass, your submitted guest cannot be employed by, or represent any organization that designs, delivers, promotes, sells, or services customer management products or solutions.
WHAT IS A SOLUTION PROVIDER? The Solution Provider title is applied to any company that offers customer management products or solutions regardless of the role, responsibility, or job title of the executive considering attendance. This includes but is not limited to Customer Management Technology, Outsourcing Services, Consulting Services, and Customer Management Hardware or Software.
