CCW is excited to introduce AI-Powered Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Matchmaking capabilities. Within your Sponsor Portal, a networking tab will appear, allowing you to:

• Define your Ideal Customer Profile

• Gain access to event attendee profiles and their match scores 

• Initiate a chat conversation

• Request meetings with participants, contingent upon mutual availability

Access our How-To Guide to get started. Note that Match Scores may take a bit of time to show once you've completed your Ideal Customer Profile. Please wait 15-30 minutes to generate the scores and reasoning driving the matches.

How to add additional users to your Sponsor Portal?

All chats and meeting requests sent via the portal will flow through to CCW Orlando in the CCW Events mobile app utilized onsite. The portal user’s email address must match the email address associated with their CCW Orlando ticket. See below for how to add team members to the Sponsor Portal.

Note: We are currently beta testing AI-Powered ICP Matchmaking in collaboration with our event technology partner, Bizzabo. If you utilize these new features, we welcome constructive feedback in the post-event survey so we can continue developing and improving these new capabilities.
