This workbook was created to support those, who are facing stressful events in their lives. It contains information and guided exercises that can help with emotional regulation and distress tolerance, processing stressful events, and experiences, and planning for the future.
The workbook uses ideas, principles and exercises from several evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches. These approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Mindful Self-Compassion Therapy (MSC).
