Extraterrestrial life is hypothetical life which may occur outside of earth and which did not originate on Earth. Such life might range from simple prokaryotes to intelligent beings, possibly forth civilization which might be far advanced from humanity.
What is UFO?
UFO is a mysterious object seen in the sky for which it is claimed no orthodox scientific explanation can be found, often supposed to be a vehicle carrying extraterrestrials.
Some famous UFO sighting across the world:
a. Rendlesham forest incident:
Popularly known as “Britain’s Raswell” incident which occurred on 26th Dec, 1980. The first sighting occurred when two Air Force members reported seeing light falling to Earth over nearby Rendlesham Forest around 3 am. According to official document the servicemen entered the forest to investigate and saw metallic object giving off lights and moving around. But when the local police arrived, they didn’t saw any lights other than the light house. Astronomers believe that the incident occurred due to bright star. But some researchers believe of sighting of UFO.
b. The 1952 Washington DC UFO incident:
Like many prominent UFO reports, it started with an unusual and unexpected aircraft on military radars. On July 19, 1952, air traffic controllers at Ronald Reagan National Airport detected movement on their radars from aircraft that weren’t schedule to arrive in area, and strangely, apparently moved with sudden speed that could not be detected by radar screens.
c. The Belgian UFO wave:
The longest lasting series of report UFO sighting in Belgium Began in November 1989 and ended in April 1990. Around 13,500 people claimed to witness seeing large, triangular flying objects hovering low in the sky. In the spring of 1990, military fighter pilots investigated and pursued some of the unidentified objects, but the objects flew out of range before pilot could observe anything further.
Some Famous UFO Sighting across India
a. PM’s residence, Delhi:
A UFO was seen meandering over PM’s residence on Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi on June 7, 2018. The security personnel carried out a good search in the area, though nothing was found later on. Reportedly the UFO was sighted by special protection group (SPG) personnel.
b. Ratnagari:
Ratnagari district of Maharastra came into the spotlight in October 2015 when a UFO sighting was reported in region by 800 people from 3 villages close to the TRP petrol pump. According to eyewitnesses, the object was 12 m wide and was of greyish colour. It descended to a height of 500 ft, and then made itself scare.
Planets that are potentially habitable in milkyway galaxy.
There are around 5 billion habitable planets in Milkyway Galaxy. The best examples are Kepler-62f, Kepler-186f and Kepler-442b out of which Kepler-186fis nearest to Earth. This planet is 490 light-years away from earth.
Some evidence that detects to the presence of extraterrestrial life
a. 1976, the Viking Mars landers detect chemical signatures indicative of life
b. 1977, the unexplained extraterrestrial ‘wow!’ signal is detected by an ohio state University radio telescope.
c. 1996, Martain ‘fassils’ are discovered in meteorite ALH84001 from Antarctica.
d. 2002, chemical hints of life are found in old data from Venus probes and lands
e. 2003, Sulphur traces on Jupitar’s moon Europa may be the waste products of underground bacterial colonies
f. 2004, ,Methane in the Martain atmosphere hints at microbial metabolism.
Area 51 and Area 52
Both of these are the military bases of the USA area 51 is located in the middle of the barren Nevada desert and area 52 is located about 30 miles southeast of Tonopah, Nevada. Many speculations are done that are research centre related to aliens. Several evidances had came out from the research centre relating it with extraterrestrial being. No civilians are allowed to trespassing the area which make it more suspicious.
Conclusion
Haim Eshed, former director of space programs for the Israel ministry of Defence in recent time quoted that, “Galectic Federation have been in contact with the US and Israel for years, but humanity isn’t ready to know it” which clearly indicates the presence of alien.
Till now we do not have any conclusive evidence about extraterrestrial life but in near future we can even meet one of them. With fast evolving science and technology we expect communication with aliens in near future.
