Course Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate listening comprehension of level-appropriate, topic-based materials in Spanish.

• Demonstrate reading comprehension of level-appropriate, topic-based texts in Spanish.

• Convey verbally the meaning of topic-centered, level-appropriate materials in Spanish.

• Write complete sentences and brief paragraphs in Spanish referencing a variety of social and cultural situations presented in this level of the Spanish program.

• Describe and discuss various basic aspects of Spanish–speaking cultures.
