Persimmon has secured planning permission for the first elements of the South Stirling Gateway / Brucefields site that will deliver around 800 new homes along with a new primary school and village core.

The new community will include green corridors, play areas and natural green spaces linked together – providing recreation for both new and existing residents. These green spaces include tree planting, grassland and sustainable urban drainage, which provides natural habitats to support a wide range of native wildlife and ecology.
