- Provide community education on invasive species and invasive species control
- Collaborate with local landowners to control the following invasive species:
- Common Teasel (Dipsacus fullonum)
- Phragmites or Common Reed (Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steud.)
- Common Buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica L.)

Woodworking:
Woodworking:
- The Chapter hosts several woodworking nights annually, constructing the following for local landowners:
- Bat Houses
- Bird Feeders
- Butterfly Boxes
- Bluebird Houses
- Wood Duck Boxes
- Additionally, the Chapter constructs outdoor furniture to be raffled at local conservation fundraising events.

- Participate in the Clean Water Challenge sponsored by the National Izaak Walton League of America

- Assist the DNR in monitoring three stream locations in Brown and Manitowoc counties
- Collaborte with the experts in the field--the WI DNR and Water Action Volunteers (WAV)--hosting local water quality training events for members and local residents

Family Fun Day:
Family Fun Day:
- Held the final Saturday in September annually, this fun-filled event serves a way of engaging community youth in outdoor activity, as a fundraiser for Young Ikes (our youth chapter) activities, and as yet another celebration/extension of gratitude to our members for all of their hard work and dedication year-round. The event includes booyah, raffle, nature walk, balloon animal making, and a variety of nature-inspired games for kids of all ages.
