What is better? To live with peace and series of instant happiness, or living competitive and always getting stress? I'm confused about latter is really right. That is the problem.

I'm thinking about how well will I spend money. Warren Buffett said about money that it can't change our sense of values. For me, always giving back what I got from society. For the very smallest point, all the equipments and outfits that I used during workout. Those does not come from nature. Second thing, live life with no regret.

We can't find the only one reason of the problem. So many things make that happen.

I need external motivation. To become a better person than before.

Doing importantly well when it is important is important. Keep this in mind.

Brushing teeth after eating greedily is quite annoying. Ardently wish human has the only one big teeth... instead of having many bothersome teeth.

I finished LASEK surgery and recovering now. Very refreshing like reborn :) I am saved thanks to technologies of cutting edge.

Learning new language gives me indirect experience of foreign culture and life. I have took Spanish course last semester. It inspired me of traveling Latin cultures. I'll keep my daily 10 min Spanish practice, using my '50 min'.
