When should we jog during day?
Daily 30 minutes jogging helps prevent adult diseases and body get better.
For students and business men this is very important.
Yes, We all know jogging is good!
Then where can we put it in our plan?
Time of jogging was controversy. They're all different.

Types of fine dust include CO, SO2, NO2, O3, PM10 and PM25.
PM 10 (Particle Matter) refers to dust having a diameter of 10 μm (micrometer, 1 μm = 1/1000 mm) or less. It is a big danger to human body because it causes skin and eye diseases. Furthermore, lungs during exercise will be more detrimental to activated lungs.
I needed reliable data and I derived the results with my own logic.

Pollution level varies from region to region. However, in winter, the pollution level was higher than usual. As the weather gets colder, indoor heating increases or the air becomes cold, so the pollutants seem to sink down.
Generally, we have the clearest air between 5 AM and 7 AM. would be good to get up early then stretch and jog after having breakfast. Of course I would have to go to bed early.
This statistic is only valid in Seongdong-gu in November 2015. Because everything differs from regional and locally events. It is good for you just have a glance of this as a reference. Healthy jogging habits that do not bother the joints with proper posture will protect the individual's health.
