Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. All benefitted assessments for the gated parcels 11, 12 & 15 are also due at this same time.
Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.
Late Fee:
All payments received after the 16th of the month assessments are due are subject to additional late charges of $15.00.
A written demand letter is mailed on the 45th day after the assessment due date.
The homeowner is responsible for paying this $50 fee.

Parcel 11, 12 or 15: You will need to complete the Gate Request form and submit to the management company (AAM). Contact AAM at 602-957-9191 for any questions.
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
If there is an issue with a broken or lost key please call Express Mailbox Lock and Key at 480.440.4424.

The pool is available only to owners in Parcel 15. Contact the community manager.
Recycle (brown barrel) & Garbage (tan barrel) are picked up on Mondays except when holidays affect the schedule. Trash cans can be placed at the curb on Sunday evenings and must be brought in by Monday evening.
