Sonoran Mountain Ranch HOA has formed committees to assist in the work of the community.
Sonoran Mountain Ranch has the following committees:
ARC Committee: This committee reviews all submittals and determines if the project meets community design guidelines.
Aesthetics Committee: This committee makes recommendations for landscape improvements, helps with annual plant replacement and recommends paint schemes.
Community Engagement Committees:
Communications Sub-Committee: This committee works on updating the website, creates the newsletter, etc.
Social Sub-Committee: This committee plans a series of events that will help build a more cohesive community.
Welcoming Sub-Committee: This committee reaches out to new homeowners, welcomes them to the community and is a resource as new homeowners.
