Effective date: April 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when using the SmokeZoomGo mobile application (the “App”), for what purposes such data is used, how it is protected, and what control options are available to the user.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please stop using the App.
SmokeZoomGo is intended for personal self-practice, mindful support, self-observation, habit work, motivational support, and sharing personal experience. The App is not a medical device, medical service, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical care.

author snapshot fields necessary to display the comment;
service fields necessary for display, removal, visibility limitation, abuse prevention, and moderation.
To ensure user safety and comply with platform rules, the following may be processed:

records of blocked users;
abuse prevention and spam prevention state necessary to protect community features.
For stability, security, and service protection, the following may be processed:
App version;

SmokeZoomGo does not require the following as a mandatory condition for using its basic features:
bank card data;
medical diagnoses;
doctor’s prescriptions;
laboratory test results;
precise geolocation;
photos, videos, audio, or phone contacts.
Data is used only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the App, including to:
create and maintain an account;
provide sign-in, restore access, and support secure authentication;
provide and synchronize user settings;
provide Premium access when there is an active subscription or other confirmed entitlement;
support the feed, comments, reports, blocking, and moderation;
limit spam, misuse, quota circumvention, and other abusive behavior;
investigate errors, crash events, and security incidents;
respond to user requests;
comply with platform requirements, applicable law, and reasonable service protection measures.
Comments, messages, and other text that the user publishes independently are user-generated content.
Such content:
is created and published voluntarily by the user;
may be visible to other users within the relevant feature;
is not considered a medical recommendation, medical advice, or the official position of the developer;
may be restricted, hidden, removed, or used in moderation review in case of violations of rules, platform policy, or law.
To protect users and comply with platform rules, the App may use mechanisms for:
reporting content;
selecting a report reason;
blocking users;
limiting content visibility;
removing content;
taking other moderation measures in case of violations.
Reports and related moderation records may be stored separately from the user-generated content itself to the extent necessary to review violations, conduct abuse-prevention analysis, protect users, and comply with platform requirements.
SmokeZoomGo may use third-party services and platforms, including:
authentication services;
cloud infrastructure and databases;
crash reporting and diagnostic tooling;
store infrastructure for subscriptions and purchases;
other technical services necessary for the stable operation of the App.
Such services process data only to the extent necessary to provide their infrastructure functions.
Some data may be stored locally on the user’s device. Some data may be processed on secure server or cloud infrastructure, including with infrastructure providers outside the user’s country, if technically necessary for service operation, security, synchronization, and support.
Data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or generated, including:
maintaining the account and operation of the App;
providing or restoring Premium access;
security, abuse prevention, and spam prevention;
reviewing reports and moderation incidents;
complying with platform requirements, applicable law, and reasonable audit/security needs.
Local data may remain on the device until the App is deleted, the App data is cleared, or relevant local records are removed by the user or the system.
If a user has created an account, the user may request deletion of the account and related data through the built-in path in the App:
Settings → Account → Delete account
If the user cannot sign in to the App, the user may also use the external account deletion resource:
https://sites.google.com/view/smokezoomgo/delete-account
or contact:
smokezoomgo@gmail.com
After account deletion is completed, we aim to remove account data and related app-account data, which may include:
account profile;
user comments and messages if linked to the deleted account;
account-scoped quota mirror data and related account state;
block relations and other account-scoped records where applicable.
Important: deleting an account inside the App does not always automatically cancel a store subscription. If the user has an active subscription through Google Play or the App Store, cancellation is usually handled separately through the user’s account with the relevant platform.
Some limited technical, security, abuse-prevention, legal, or backup records may be retained temporarily after account deletion where necessary for security, abuse prevention, investigation of violations, protection of rights, or compliance with law and platform requirements. Such records are not retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Depending on available features and applicable law, the user may:
change App settings;
remove content published by the user, where such functionality is available;
request account deletion;
stop using the App;
contact support regarding data, security, and account deletion.
The App is intended for users 18 years of age and older.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version shall prevail from the date it is published in the App and/or on the public legal resource.
