Any texts, practices, exercises, reminders, wording, motivational elements, tracking, visualizations, user messages, and other materials in the App are provided solely for self-practice, informational support, and motivational support.
They do not constitute:
a diagnosis;
treatment;
a medical prescription;
therapy;
psychotherapy;
a substitute for in-person or remote consultation with a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, addiction specialist, or any other licensed professional.
Use of SmokeZoomGo does not guarantee quitting smoking, reducing cravings, preventing relapse, improving health, improving emotional state, or achieving any other specific outcome.
Responses and results are individual and depend on many factors beyond the App’s control.
The user independently makes decisions regarding their lifestyle, habits, health condition, and whether to seek professional help.
Use of the App is voluntary and at the user’s own risk and personal responsibility.
If any practices, exercises, movements, rhythms, behavioral tasks, texts, or interactions with the App cause physical discomfort, strong emotional tension, worsening condition, or other unwanted effects, use of the relevant function should be stopped and professional help should be sought if necessary.
You should consult a doctor or other qualified professional if:
you have chronic illnesses or significant medical limitations;
you are pregnant or may be pregnant;
nicotine withdrawal is difficult for you to tolerate;
you experience severe anxiety, pronounced insomnia, depressive symptoms, panic states, or other emotional symptoms requiring professional assessment;
you are unsure whether independent practice without medical supervision is appropriate for you.
SmokeZoomGo is not intended for emergency or urgent situations.
If the user has symptoms that may require urgent care, they should immediately contact local emergency services or the nearest available medical professional.
Comments, messages, and other user-generated content within the App reflect the personal experience of individual users and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice.
