SmokeZoomGo is a wellness and self-help application. It is not medical treatment and does not replace a doctor, therapist, licensed medical professional, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
SmokeZoomGo does not request medical diagnoses, medical test results, medical treatment records, or other formal medical records.
You should not post sensitive medical information or highly personal information in comments or support messages.
If you voluntarily provide such information, it may be processed only as necessary to operate, moderate, protect, or support the service.
Your data may be processed by technical providers used to operate the service, including:
Firebase / Google services;
Google Play services;
Apple services;
hosting and infrastructure providers;
email and support tools;
payment or subscription providers if premium access is enabled.
These providers may process and store data in countries where they or their infrastructure operate, in accordance with their own terms, privacy notices, security measures, and applicable law.
SmokeZoomGo uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or deletion.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. However, SmokeZoomGo is designed to limit data collection to what is necessary for operation, moderation, security, support, account management, and legal compliance.
Account data is generally retained while your account is active.
Comments and community records may remain until they are deleted, removed by moderation, or no longer needed.
Reports, blocked-user records, moderation records, anti-abuse records, deletion history, technical logs, and payment-related records may be retained for a longer period where necessary for:
security;
abuse prevention;
legal compliance;
dispute handling;
accounting;
payment records;
protection of the service and its users.
You may request account and data deletion through:
the in-app delete account function;
the published Delete Account & Data page;
support communication through the contact email.
When your account is deleted, SmokeZoomGo will delete or anonymize personal data where reasonably possible and where deletion is not restricted by legal, security, anti-abuse, payment, or dispute-related reasons.
Some limited records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, or payment records.
You may withdraw your consent by stopping the use of account-based features and requesting account deletion.
Because processing of personal data is necessary for account operation, withdrawal of consent may mean that SmokeZoomGo can no longer provide account-based features to you.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal and does not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal, security, payment, or anti-abuse reasons.
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
access to your personal data;
correction of inaccurate data;
deletion of data;
restriction of processing;
withdrawal of consent;
information about how your data is processed.
Requests may require verification of your identity and account ownership before they can be processed.
This Personal Data Processing Consent may be updated when the application, legal requirements, data practices, or technical service providers change.
If the update is material, SmokeZoomGo may ask you to review and accept the updated document before continuing to use account-based features.
By ticking the consent checkbox or continuing after this document is shown, you confirm that you have read this Personal Data Processing Consent, understand it, and consent to the processing of your personal data as described above.
