progress at every meeting.
The RMS Leadership team meets bi-weekly to discuss and check in with goals. Communication will be through the Microsoft Teams Chat made for the Leadership team and meetings will be held via Teams as well. Teachers will receive training at the beginning of every school year on copyright and fair use from the librarian and will sign a document stating that their course design will follow copyright and fair use laws.
The RMS Distance Learning program is guided by evidence-based practices as decided upon by the school district and leadership team. These practices are also taught to teachers and staff at the beginning of each school year during professional development. Teachers regularly reflect on their practices and instruction and share effective practices during PLC meetings.
All learners are supported and included during instruction and are provided remediation upon setting an appointment with the teacher.
