INTRODUCTION
The Process of collecting a representative portion of water, as from the natural environment or from an industrial site, for the purpose of analyzing it for constituents
The process of taking a portion of water for analysis or other testing.
For example : Drinking water to check that it complies, sea water or river water to check for pollutants, or bathing water to check that it is safe.
-Water samples were collected using the Pump Type water sampler c/w hoses and 500m HDPE bottles at 0.2 X depth , 0.5 X depth and 0.8 X depth at 1 sampling locations. Each bottles are to be capped and labeled accordingly based on the occasion. Water samples were sent to the approved laboratory for total suspended solids analysis (TSS).
