"Our purpose is to help youth and young adults deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, qualify for the blessings of the temple, and prepare themselves, their families, and others for eternal life with their Father in Heaven."
Help our seminary students get to know Elder Clark G. Gilbert, our newly called apostle.
If you would like to use President Oaks' devotional in place of a Lesson 207 (Teachings of Church Leaders), here is a PowerPoint outline you could use.

Hello! I am so happy to work with you in your calling with seminary and institute!
Before becoming a coordinator, I served as a stake-called seminary teacher for five years and a stake seminary supervisor for two. I was also the Manager of Innovation and Technology for a Milwaukee nonprofit. Years ago, I taught at an alternative school as well as US and World History at a public high school. I earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in educational technology from Arizona State University.
My greatest contribution to this world is as a mom of a blended family of eight children. I was a stay-at-home mom for 20 years before getting back into education.
My hobbies include cycling with my husband, crocheting, and having adventures in the kitchen like making yogurt, canning, or baking sourdough bread. This year I decided to be a plant mom and I am actually keeping some of them alive! I like to tinker with video editing and podcasting.
