Terence Ng, Manager, Marine Operational (Far East)
Terence NG heads the Regional Marine Operational Centre for the Far East. Based in Singapore, he manages the Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore Fleet Management’s responsibilities for the zone to monitor the compliance activities in 13 countries. Terence also provides dedicated technical support to the network within the Far East zone through the better understanding of the Rules, Regulations, internal procedures and instructions. Operationally, he undertakes the liaison with the Flag Administrations and the Operational Departments in the Head Office based in Paris.
Terence joined Bureau Veritas Marine (Singapore) Pte Ltd in 2010. He graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Technology with First Class Honours in Naval Architecture in 1997. He also obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2001.
