University of Plymouth and Solent University in UK have agreed to grant advanced standing to Singapore Maritime Academy graduates from the part-time Diploma (Conversion) in Maritime Business Management course (NVMBM).

NVMBM graduates that have passed all the modules in the course with a minimum GPA 3.0 can be accepted into the following Bachelor Degree programmes:

University of Plymouth (UoP)

1. BSc (Hons) Maritime Business and Maritime Law (final year)

2. BSc (Hons) Maritime Business and Logistics (final year)

Solent University (SU)

1. BSC (Hons) Maritime Business (final year)

2. BSC (Hons) Shipping and Port Management (final year)

NVMBM graduates that have passed all the modules in the course with a minimum GPA of 2.5 can also be accepted into the following Bachelor Degree programmes:

University of Plymouth (UoP)

1. BSc (Hons) Maritime Business and Maritime Law (second year)

2. BSc (Hons) Maritime Business and Logistics (second year)

3. BSC (Hons) Maritime Transport and Logistics (final year)

4. BSC (Hons) International Supply Chain and Shipping Management (final year)
