Secretariat
Slowly edging towards the end of his high school journey, Michael is absolutely over the moon to be serving as a Secretariat of SLSSMUN 2025. From doing an ice bath challenge with friends at the Sheraton Wall Center and consuming a gluttonous amount of Gaddafi Soda (his favourite is the Kim Jong-Il: Nuclear Orange Bomb), to assassinating his enemies in crisis and losing bigly at all sorts of games during the Delegate Social, Michael looks back fondly upon his time in Model UN as one which has provided him countless friends, memories, and skills. Outside of the committee room, Michael can be found eating out entire restaurants (everything I ate❌ I ate everything✅), nourishing his brain on Instagram Reels, and absolutely GRINDING brawl stars (he has 2k trophies).

Max is extremely hungry to serve as one of the Secretariat members for SLSSMUN this year. In his final year at this school, Max is excited that he has a chance to be a super supportive and responsible senior and guide the next generation of delegates beginning their Model UN journeys. From his first conference spent staring at a screen and playing Roblox mid-speech, Max turned his vision of diplomacy into reality and has now become a BIG (and hungry) figure in the world of MUN. From crowding into a hotel room with 17 other guys at the greatest conference of all time, roaming at every delegate social, to wandering toward the McDonald's on Granville at 4 AM, Max cherishes the memorable conferences and the unforgettable friendships he formed during his time in Model UN. Outside of MUN, Max can be found eating hotpot 6 times a week, plotting on how to waste yet another free weekend, and engaging in Brawl Stars gaming sessions during his many spare blocks.

Zealously zonking through his final year of school, Alex is head over heels to be serving as a Secretariat for SLSSMUN 2025. Starting his MUN career by being dragged into Mr. Ubial’s room by Max and William as a timid 9th grader, Alex fell instantly in love with the adrenaline-inducing world of Model UN. From making a rizzy poster of Max Chen to writing a 23-page position paper; Alex will forever cherish the unforgettable memories of Model UN (especially the horrendous unventilated sweaty smells of crisis committee rooms) and the many friendships formed through MUN. Alex firmly believes no other experience can come close to Model UN, and he highly recommends all students to try this intellectual and spirit-ascending activity at least once. Outside of Learning Today and Leading Tomorrow, Alex can be found waking up at 5 am to watch F1 races in Europe (and crying as a Ferrari fan), binging random YouTube documentaries at 2 in the morning, and doom-scrolling yet again on Reels.
