Director 

Even as a burnt-out Junior at Steveston-London Secondary School, Jayden is super duper elated to be serving as the Director of the McDonald's committee at SLSSMUN 2025. From showing up for half a day to ruin Max, Michael, Rachel, AND Alex’s 100% resolution paper passing rate at RichMUN 2022 to teaching strangers how to swim at his first full conference just half a year ago and making new friends from the middle of nowhere (Wisconsin) to being called Remy Zee (bro i do not look like him man) 86 separate occasions, Jayden, as a CRISIS-ONLY delegate, has gained an insatiable addiction to the world of MUN. Outside of MUN, he can be found doing labour for Interact and Student Council, playing music in the band room, riding the bench at a volleyball game, or GRINDING Brawl Stars (he has 50k trophies).

Chair

As she barely survives her last year of high school, Rachel is delighted to be serving as the Chair of McDonald's. Beginning her MUN journey through Zoom calls with horrible Wifi, Rachel found herself immersed in the world of MUN. From being eaten by Taylor Swift fans to reincarnating multiple times (Texas Walmart employee to a snail), Rachel has found her journey in MUN to be a place for exciting journeys, new friendships, and godly expensive restaurant meals. Outside of MUN, Rachel can be found navigating Google Maps but failing to read the right directions, attempting to win GamePigeon games and rack up crowns in Word Hunt (some people are too good…), and buying the daily soup at SLSS ($4.50 each…please buy me some soup).

Chair

A sophomore attending Steveston-London Secondary School, Olina is thrilled to serve this year as the Chair of McDonald's at SLSSMUN 2025. Her MUN journey began in grade 8 when a TV show called “Never Have I Ever” bombarded Olina with the nuking of countries. She thought there were no rules to MUN and confidently, yet confusingly, walked up onto the podium for the first time, making a nerve-wracking speech. Olina is thankful for all the opportunities and valuable lessons granted by MUN and will forever cherish all the memories. From maliciously writing directives and nuking the entire committee, to lining up multiple times for the photobooth during delegate socials and constantly hearing about Rachel’s “life hacks”, MUN has proved to be an important highlight of her high school experience. She will never forget eating that fast-paced meal at Gyu-Kaku or conducting last-minute prep early at Starbucks. Olina is ecstatic to meet everyone and wishes for a slay girl year <3 !!
