Committees

Dear Delegates, Advisors, and Parents,

My name is Max Chen, and it is my distinct pleasure to be serving on the Secretariat team for the second iteration of SLSSMUN. 

Our conference is tailored towards beginner delegates, and aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for those who have just stepped into the world of Model United Nations. With that being said, we are proud to offer two committees for delegates to choose from: the International Criminal Police Organization, and the McDonald's (Crisis) Committee. All three committees welcome delegates from a diverse background to debate and encapsulate the spirit of Model UN.

We highly encourage delegates to submit position paragraphs to their respective daises in order to be considered for an award. The deadline will be March 4 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. If there are circumstances that prevent delegates from meeting this deadline, please notify your respective committee emails.

We are ecstatic to be welcoming delegates back to our heralded conference, and eagerly look forward to a day of fruitful debate and unforgettable memories.
