Throughout my career, I have sought out opportunities to mentor, supervise, and educate students. I aim to cultivate students' problem-solving and abstract thinking skills through practical assignments to reinforce classroom learning while introducing new concepts to maintain student engagement. To further enhance this objective, I am also a strong advocate of a project-based approach to learning, a pedagogical method in which students actively engage in real-world projects with industrial collaborators to apply and further hone their knowledge and skills. Such an approach fosters problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity while providing a more meaningful and engaging learning experience by early exposure to problems students may encounter in their professional careers.
