Services included for monthly PASTURE board fees of $575 include:

• Pasture spot with run in shed

• Grain (STABLE options): AM and PM feeding

• Feeding OWNER provided supplements: AM feeding

• Hay: when grass is unavailable in pasture

• Fly mask (OWNER provided)

• Use of all facilities including arenas, wash stall, crossties, boarder tack room, and boarder trunk shed

• Handling of horses for farrier, spring and fall shots, and yearly dental visits when OWNER uses STABLE providers

• Administration of dewormers in accordance with veterinary directed deworming program (dewormer and fecal tests are the responsibility of the OWNER)

Services included for monthly STANDARD board fees of $875 include:

• Bedded stall

• Cleaning of stall daily

• Grain (STABLE options): AM and PM feeding

• Feeding OWNER provided supplements: AM feeding

• Hay: AM and PM feeding

• Fly mask and fly spray for turnout (OWNER provided)

• Bell boots for turnout (OWNER provided)

• Turn out in small groups when weather and footing permits

• Use of all facilities including arenas, wash stall, crossties, boarder tack room, and boarder trunk shed

• Handling of horses for farrier, spring and fall shots, and yearly dental visits when OWNER uses STABLE providers

• Administration of dewormers in accordance with veterinary directed deworming program (dewormer and fecal tests are the responsibility of the OWNER)

• Blanketing with OWNER provided blankets (OWNER horse dressed/undressed/changed the same as STABLE horses)

Services included for monthly PREMIUM board fees of $1075 include:

• All services in STANDARD board 

• Weekly grooming (curry, vacuum, brush, mane/tail comb, hoof pick, coat conditioner, hoof oil)

• Monthly show clip (muzzle, eyes, ears, bridle path, chin, fetlocks)

• Monthly bath (shampoo, tail conditioned, tail detangler, coat conditioner)

Services included for monthly REHAB board fees of $1600 include:

• All services in STANDARD board (except turnout)

• Stall cleaned twice daily

• Stall rest with optional turnout in small paddock or daily hand walking/lunging (according to Veterinary care instructions)

• Weekly grooming (curry, vacuum, brush, mane/tail comb, hoof pick, coat conditioner, hoof oil)

• Administration of OWNER provided medication (outside of top dress on feed or regular deworming with STABLE schedule)

• Rehab services such as leg wrapping, poulticing, cold hosing, wound treatment, foot soaking, PEMF, etc (as directed by veterinarian)

Additional services are available and will be billed monthly if OWNER uses them. Services offered at additional fees include:

• Trailer parking in grass lot below outdoor arena: $50/month

• Fly boots and/or fly sheet for turnout: $50/month

• Grooming and/or bathing: $35/instance

• Show prep (full bath, show clip): $50/instance

• Administration of OWNER provided medication (outside of top dress on feed or regular deworming with STABLE schedule): $10/day

• Rehab services including leg wrapping, poulticing, hand walking, cold hosing: $25/day

• Stall rest over 3 days: $10/day

• Hauling (as available): $50 hookup fee + $1.00/mile + fuel + tolls
