In order to support our local horse community, we offer monthly arena rental packages at inexpensive rates. Monthly rental packages include access to the 60x170 indoor with custom sand footing (new October 2024) and outdoor arenas, arena equipment, wash stall, and cross ties. Discount available for multiple horses (coming in same trailer). Outside trainers allowed (must show proof of insurance). 

We now offer lessons and training for boarders or ship ins with Mike Lawson, who has decades of experience training the Western/English All Around for local and breed show competition.

Arena rental spots must be reserved ahead of time. We only allow one trailer in at a time. Unused days do not carry over to the following month. 

Cancelation with more than 24 hour notice can be rescheduled within the month. Cancelation with less than 24 hour notice cannot be rescheduled. Farm closure due to inclement weather will be rescheduled.

There are three reservation spots/day available on a first call, first serve basis: 8AM-12PM, 12PM-4PM, 4PM-8PM. The trailer must not arrive before the start of the reservation, and must be gone by the end of the reservation. Resident horses will also have use of the arena and could be working while you are there. No tying of horses in the arena.

All horses coming on the property must show proof of current vaccinations and negative Coggins within one year. Out of state horses must also show CVI within 30 days. 

Rates per horse in trailer:

• One day/month $50 (additional horse for $35/each)

• Four days/month $100 (additional horse for $75/each)

• Six days/month $150 (additional horse for $100/each)

• Eight days/month $200 (additional horse for $125/each)
