Slate Belt Quarter Horses

Established in 2023 and managed by Eleanor and Jonathan Harowicz, SBQH offers horse boarding services in Bangor, PA and produces a few, high quality AQHA prospects from our mares. Eleanor brings over 35 years of horse experience in a variety of disciplines, breeds, and care management styles with her. She maintains current memberships as an Amateur/Non Pro in AQHA and NSBA along with state and local affiliates. 

SBQH caters to the DIY Amateurs, the developing young horses, the retired senior horses, and the rehab and layup horses. We focus on a forage first diet, good pasture management, and quality care of all horses on our property. No matter your discipline, you are welcome here.
