Systems Design & Review

Coherence | Review and/or development of mission, vision, professional learning plans, staffing structures. and/or strategic framework(s.)

Equity Review and Development Strategy | Review and/or development of data, mindsets, and current practices with an emphasis on equity, inclusion, and student impact. Review is paired with a comprehensive professional learning and support plan.

Professional Learning | Vertical review of professional learning plans for all staff (teachers, principals, district leaders, educational assistance, facilities and food service staff, transportation staff, etc.) with a focus on cohesion across staffing groups.

Leadership Development Strategy | Review and/or development of leadership retention, development, and recruitment.

Staffing Analysis | Review of staffing plan with a focus on alignment/misalignment with district mission and vision.

Curriculum and Instruction Review | Comprehensive review of curriculums and instructional expectations. Review may be focused on either a specific level or on K-12 cohesion.

Equity and Budget Review | Comprehensive review of outcomes across various demographics over time paired with a review of budget and spending during that time. Review will be followed by a plan for closing equity gaps.

Environmental Review | Review of school and classroom environments for COVID safety, student engagement, and esthetics.

Assessment Alignment | Review of district, school, and classroom assessments, focused on alignment/misalignment with district mission and vision.

Personalized System Review | Review of district, school, and classroom plans as determined by the organization.
