About Us

The SLAKE team has been serving students, families, and staff since 2003. Founded by Annemarie Engdahl, SLAKE provides support and collaboration to make sure that all aspects of your organization are designed to lift student voice, accelerate outcomes, and provide a work environment where all stakeholders can thrive. We demonstrate dedicated leadership and have a strong record of systems design, change management, and positive performance outcomes.

The SLAKE team has filled a wide variety of roles within the field of education. These experiences provide useful context and perspective when supporting our clients. In addition to providing a culture of support, reflection, and continuous improvement where equitable outcomes are at the center of decision making; these experiences help to establish credibility when serving diverse stakeholders.
