We believe that communities and organizations hold the brilliance, innovation, and initiative to tackle any challenge. We also know that outside coaching, facilitation, planning, and support can be helpful tools during that journey.
We believe that the COVID pandemic and the increased recognition of the racial pandemic have highlighted the complex and immense responsibility schools carry while they serve our students. In many cases, these pandemics have also increased political pressure while reducing both financial and human support, connection, and problem solving. The SLAKE team can help school and district leaders ensure a coherent, thoughtful, equitable approach to recovery and beyond.
