Friend Request

In our efforts to create a class where students feel safe and they belong, we will allow for a student to request being in a class with a friend with the following understanding:

• Requests are open from April 13 - August 1 for the first semester.

• You may request one friend.

• Your friend must also request you.

• Only one request per student.

• Both friends must be willing to attend class for whichever teacher they are assigned to by the Seminary.

• Students are responsible to coordinate school schedules to take Seminary in the same period.

• This form does not guarantee that the request will be granted.

• This privilege will be revoked if problems arise in class with your friend.

• You will find out on the first day of class if your request was granted.
