SkyPost values platform safety, community trust, user rights, and the real-world risks that location-based services may create. To ensure consistent, reasonable, and enforceable handling of policy-violating content, abnormal conduct, and appeals, we have established this Reporting and Enforcement Policy (the “Policy”).
This Policy applies to user reports submitted through SkyPost, notices of rights violations, content appeals, requests for review of enforcement decisions, and violations or high-risk matters that we identify proactively.
You may report the following matters:
Including but not limited to:
Violence, threats, hate, harassment, and bullying
Sexual content, sexual exploitation, or inappropriate sexual material
Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior
Spam, flooding, scams, and misleading content
False identity, impersonation, or fake location
Other content that violates the SkyPost Community Content Guidelines
Including but not limited to:
Exposure of personal data, addresses, phone numbers, or identifiable information
Using maps or location cues to suggest knowledge of a specific person’s whereabouts
Stalking, tailing, or real-world harassment risk
Content or conduct that combines location information in a way that makes others feel unsafe
Including but not limited to:
Infringement of copyright, trademark, portrait/publicity rights, or other lawful rights
Use of private images, recordings, or data without consent
Identity misuse or improper impersonation
Including but not limited to:
Mass flooding, engagement manipulation, or bot abuse

You may submit a report in the following ways:
If the App includes a report button or reporting entry point, please use that channel first and provide as much of the following as possible:
The reported content or account information
Reason for the report
Additional explanation
Screenshots, attachments, or other supporting material
If you are unable to complete reporting in the App, you may also contact us at:
Reporting / Appeals Email: 〔Please fill in〕
To help us review the matter, please provide as much of the following as possible:
Your contact information
A description of the incident
Relevant content, account, location, or time
Why you believe the conduct is violative or infringing
Supporting materials or evidence
After receiving a report, we may handle it according to the following principles:
If the report is sufficiently identifiable and points to a specific piece of content, behavior, or account, we will generally include it in our review.
If the information is clearly insufficient, the target cannot be identified, basic facts are missing, or the report is repetitive and abusive, we may be unable to complete review or may conduct only limited review.
We may prioritize matters involving:
Real-world personal safety risks
Stalking, threats, violence, or self-harm risks
Risks involving minors
Exposure of personal data or privacy harms that may spread quickly
Large-scale scams, abuse, or platform attacks
We may review reports based on a combination of the following:
The reported content itself
Context, surrounding interactions, and publication circumstances
Explanations and attachments provided by the reporter
Platform records, behavioral patterns, repeated conduct, and system observation data
Whether real-world, location-based, or privacy-related risks are involved
Past violations and whether there is evidence of enforcement evasion
We may make determinations through human review, system rules, product governance processes, or a combination of these methods.
Depending on the nature, severity, credibility, urgency, and repetition of a matter, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Leave content unchanged
Limit distribution or reduce visibility
Mark content for review
Temporarily hide content
Stop synchronization or stop recommendation
Remove or delete content
Issue reminders or warnings
Restrict posting, interaction, saves, or location features
Suspend certain functions
Impose a short-term suspension
Impose a long-term suspension
Permanently disable an account, device, or related eligibility
Immediately restrict content or functions before full review is completed
Preserve necessary records
Cooperate with competent authorities where required by law or necessary for safety
If a matter involves any of the following, we may take emergency restrictive action before completing full review:
Specific violent threats
Real-world stalking or tailing risk
Suicide, self-harm, or indications of serious harm
Risk of exploitation involving minors
Large-scale exposure of personal data
Clear malicious attacks, platform abuse, or security incidents
In such cases, we may not provide prior notice to the affected users.
If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, please contact local police, emergency responders, or appropriate professional support services first. SkyPost is not an emergency response service.
Reporting tools must be used based on truthfulness, good faith, and reasonable suspicion. The following is not allowed:
Retaliatory reporting
Repeated reporting of claims known to be false
Coordinated reporting intended to suppress a specific user
Using the reporting process to harass others
Flooding reports to interfere with platform judgment
If we determine that you are abusing reporting tools, we may restrict your ability to report or take other action against your account.
If your content, account, or access rights are affected by a report or platform review, and you believe the action was incorrect, you may submit an appeal.
Please contact us at:
Appeals Email: 〔Please fill in〕
Please provide as much of the following as possible:
The affected content or account information
Why you believe the action was incorrect
Any additional material that may help with re-review
When we receive an appeal, we may re-examine:
The original content and its context
The original report materials
Platform records
Any additional explanation you provide
After re-review, we may:
Uphold the original action
Adjust the scope of the action
Reverse part or all of the action
Take other appropriate measures
We do not guarantee that every appeal will change the original decision.
We will make reasonable efforts to process reports and appeals, but we do not guarantee a fixed processing timeline. Actual timing may depend on:
Complexity of the matter
Whether high-risk or priority issues are involved
Whether sufficient information has been provided
The number of matters being handled at the same time
Whether cross-checking records or legal coordination is required
High-risk matters may be prioritized; ordinary matters may take longer.
Depending on the nature of the matter and applicable law, we may decide whether to notify:
The reporting party
The reported party
The rights claimant
Competent authorities or third parties legally entitled to receive information
For reasons of privacy, safety, legal compliance, or to avoid compromising an investigation, we may not disclose full handling details, evidence, internal decision logic, or specific measures taken against others.
We may retain records related to reports, appeals, reviews, and enforcement actions for purposes such as:
Platform safety and risk control
Detection of repeat violations
Legal compliance
Dispute handling
Protection of rights
System improvement and governance analysis
Retention periods will depend on the nature of the data, case needs, legal requirements, and platform safety needs.
Where necessary for legal requirements, judicial procedures, regulatory orders, law enforcement needs, rights protection, or personal safety, we may lawfully preserve, use, or provide relevant information to competent authorities or legally entitled third parties.
If a matter involves copyright, personality rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights violations, the reporting party should provide materials reasonably sufficient to support their rights basis and the facts of the alleged violation.
We may revise this Policy at any time in response to law, platform risk, product evolution, or governance needs. Updated versions will be published in the App, on the website, or through other appropriate interfaces, and will take effect upon publication or on the date specified.
