By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect or process when you use SkyPost, including information you provide directly, information generated automatically by the system, and data required for operation of the Service’s features.
This Policy does not apply to products, websites, platforms, payment services, or other independent services provided by third parties. Data handling for those services is governed by their own privacy policies or terms.

Necessary information provided by Apple or other related platforms through their service mechanisms
Technical processes related to synchronization, storage, payment, purchase verification, notifications, or map features
We may use collected information for the following purposes:

Because maps and geolocation are core features of SkyPost, location information may be used to:
Determine what content may be shown near your location
Determine the geographic scope of content you post
Display maps, direction, distance, and range-related effects
Provide location-related interaction features
Help prevent location abuse, spoofing, or abnormal operations
You may adjust location permissions through your device settings. However, if you disable relevant permissions, some features of the Service may not function properly.
If you purchase subscriptions or other paid features through the Apple App Store, payment information is generally processed by Apple, and we typically do not directly receive your full credit card or payment account information.
We may process information necessary for the following purposes:
Verifying whether a subscription is active
Determining which features or entitlements you can access
Synchronizing subscription status, restoring purchases, and updating benefits
Handling technical information necessary for transaction disputes
The Service may use Apple iCloud, CloudKit, or related Apple cloud technologies for data storage, synchronization, backup, or updates.
In such cases, some of your data may be stored in infrastructure provided by Apple and may be affected by your Apple ID, iCloud settings, device status, and Apple platform mechanisms.
Please note:
Synchronization may be delayed or fail
Data may temporarily differ across devices
Deletion, overwrite, version conflicts, or system issues may result in data loss or display anomalies
You should independently confirm that your Apple account and iCloud settings meet your needs
We do not sell your personal data arbitrarily. Except in the circumstances below, we do not provide your personal data to third parties:
Where you have given consent, within the scope of that consent.
For example, through Apple platforms, cloud synchronization, notifications, purchase verification, map services, or other technical providers that process necessary information.
Where required by law, court order, regulatory request, law enforcement need, or other lawful process.
Where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of us, users, third parties, or the public.
If a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, investment, restructuring, or similar transaction occurs, relevant data may be transferred or disclosed to the extent necessary for the transaction.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, purpose of use, legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, security requirements, and system design. After the necessary retention period, we will delete, de-identify, or otherwise appropriately handle the information.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, please understand that no internet transmission, mobile device, cloud storage, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of all data in every circumstance.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To inquire about or request access
To request a copy
To request supplementation or correction
To request cessation of collection, processing, or use
To request deletion
To withdraw consent
Exercise of these rights may be limited by legal obligations, recordkeeping requirements, dispute handling, security needs, technical constraints, or other lawful reasons.
If you wish to exercise relevant rights, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
Unless specifically indicated as intended for children, the Service is not directed primarily to children. If you are considered a minor under the laws where you live, please use the Service with the consent of your parent, legal guardian, or other authorized representative.
If we discover that data has been collected in circumstances that do not comply with applicable legal requirements, we may delete, restrict, or otherwise appropriately handle such data.
Because the Service may use global technical infrastructure, cloud services, or third-party platforms, your information may be processed, stored, or transferred outside the jurisdiction where you are located.
Where this occurs, we will take appropriate measures within a reasonable scope to comply with applicable legal requirements.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Apple, the App Store, iCloud, CloudKit, map services, or other technical providers.
Collection and processing of your data by those third parties remains governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to changes in law, product updates, service adjustments, or operational needs. Updated versions will be published in the App, on the website, or through other appropriate interfaces, and will take effect upon publication or on the date specified.
If you continue using the Service after such changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Policy.
