Welcome to SkyPost.
To maintain an environment that is safe, respectful, genuine, and valuable for positive interaction, we have established these Community Content Guidelines (the “Guidelines”).
SkyPost is a service that combines maps, location, and user message interactions. Because content may connect with location, nearby users, and real-world contexts, we apply heightened standards for content safety, anti-harassment, privacy protection, and abuse prevention.
When using SkyPost, you must comply not only with applicable law and the SkyPost Terms of Use and SkyPost Privacy Policy, but also with these Guidelines. If your content or conduct violates these Guidelines, we may, depending on the circumstances, limit distribution, remove visibility, take down or delete content, disable features, suspend, or terminate account and/or device access.
SkyPost encourages content and interactions that are:
Kind, respectful, genuine, and non-harmful
Encouraging, supportive, hopeful, companionable, or otherwise positively engaging
Map-based interactions that do not invade privacy, create fear, or cause real-world safety risks
Use of location features and interaction mechanisms that is not abusive, manipulative, or destructive to others’ experience
We do not require all content to look the same or follow a single style, but content and interactions must not cross basic boundaries of safety, respect, legality, and fairness.
The following content or behavior is generally not allowed on SkyPost. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may take action immediately.
You may not post, send, encourage, promote, glorify, threaten, or justify content involving:
Violent threats against a specific person or group
Advocacy of attacking, harming, retaliating against, stalking, intimidating, or targeting others
Incitement of crime, dangerous conduct, or real-world harassment
Graphic, cruel, or highly disturbing depictions of violence
Encouraging the carrying or use of weapons, or causing real-world harm to others
Using maps or location information to arrange or imply harm, ambushes, blocking, tailing, or waiting for someone
The following is prohibited:
Attacking, degrading, excluding, or humiliating others based on race, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
Using slurs, hateful language, or dehumanizing descriptions
Advocating that certain groups should be excluded, expelled, harmed, or deprived of rights
Bullying, humiliating, or inciting hostility toward vulnerable people, minority groups, or people with specific identities
The following behavior is prohibited:
Ongoing harassment, humiliation, verbal abuse, threats, or malicious attacks against specific users
Using content, location, or interaction systems to create fear or pressure for others
Suggesting that you know someone’s movements, attempting to approach, tail, or locate a specific person
Posting content that causes others to feel watched, targeted, or unsafe
Creating psychological pressure through provocation, dogpiling, or malicious tagging
Because SkyPost involves maps and location context, any content that may create a real-world stalking risk may be subject to stricter enforcement.
The following is prohibited:
Encouraging, instructing, normalizing, or glorifying suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges
Providing methods for self-injury, suicide, or other high-risk conduct
Telling others to “go die,” “hurt yourself,” or similar statements
Exploiting vulnerability to push someone toward unsafe actions
For content involving help-seeking, crisis expression, or vulnerable situations, we may respond through reduced distribution, limited interactions, safety prompts, resources, or other appropriate measures.
The following is prohibited:
Nudity, sexual acts, sexual services, sexually exploitative innuendo, or sexual humiliation
Non-consensual distribution or threatened distribution of intimate imagery
Sexual harassment, objectification, or obscene advances toward others
Any sexualized content involving minors
Using maps or location features for sexual transactions, grooming, coercion, or inappropriate contact arrangements
The following is prohibited:
Publicly disclosing another person’s real name, phone number, address, school, company, license plate, live location, or other identifiable information
Publishing information that can be used to track, locate, or identify a specific person
Revealing private messages, private images, recordings, or sensitive information without permission
Encouraging others to search for, collect, expose, or harass a specific target
Using content or interactions to infer, reveal, or confirm someone’s real identity
Even if some information is visible elsewhere, re-aggregating, amplifying, or disclosing it in combination with location context on SkyPost may still violate these Guidelines.
The following is prohibited:
Impersonating another person, official entity, organization, or misleading others about the source of trust
Faking locations, interactions, identities, or experiences
Spreading false information that may cause meaningful harm
Using misleading content to induce clicks, engagement, movement to a certain place, or real-world action
Using SkyPost to manipulate public opinion, cause panic, spread scams, or distribute false information
The following behavior is prohibited:
Repetitive mass posting, flooding, copy-paste spam, or meaningless filler content
Using automation tools, bots, or scripts to send content or manipulate interactions
Artificially inflating stars, saves, engagement, ranking, or visibility
Evading limits, artificially boosting exposure, or interfering with others’ browsing experience through abnormal means
Posting large volumes of commercial promotional content unrelated to the platform’s social purpose
The following content or conduct is prohibited:
Fraud, phishing, fake investments, fake fundraising, fake prize claims, or other financial deception
Directing others off-platform for high-risk, suspicious, or unlawful transactions
Selling, soliciting, or facilitating illegal goods, illegal services, or criminal acts
Using the service for money laundering, regulatory evasion, or other unlawful purposes
Combining location and messaging to improperly solicit or lure others into real-world situations
The following is prohibited:
Reverse engineering, cracking, or bypassing security mechanisms
Attacking, disrupting, disabling, or attempting unauthorized access to systems
Using vulnerabilities, abnormal traffic, or automation to affect platform stability
Evading enforcement, mass-creating accounts, falsifying device status, or abusing subscription/permission logic
Any other conduct that may harm the security, stability, or fairness of SkyPost
Because SkyPost is closely tied to maps and geolocation, the following content and behavior will be reviewed especially strictly:
You may not use messages, interactions, or displayed location cues to suggest that you know another person’s whereabouts, routine, frequented places, or moments when they are approachable.
You may not use content to direct others to a specific place or make others feel pressured into meeting, being followed, or feeling physically unsafe.
Even if you do not directly state a name, content may still violate these Guidelines if, when combined with a location, it is sufficient to identify a particular person, household, school, workplace, or residence.
You may not use fake locations, false directional information, technical means, or other deceptive methods to mislead others about geographic information.
Saves, replies, reactions, reports, and other interaction tools on SkyPost must be used in good faith. The following is not allowed:
Malicious reporting, retaliatory reporting, or mass false reporting
Using interaction mechanisms to harass, pressure, or humiliate specific users
Coordinated manipulation of content popularity or visibility
Artificially amplifying the impact of your own or others’ content by technical or manual means
We may consider the following factors when determining whether content violates these Guidelines and what action to take:
The text, images, audio, or interaction itself
Context of publication, repetition, and overall behavior patterns
Whether real-world, location-based, or privacy-related risks are involved
Whether a specific person, group, or vulnerable target is involved
Whether the conduct appears clearly malicious, repeated, or evasive
Reports, platform observations, and other reliable information
We may not publicly explain every enforcement decision, and we do not guarantee a fixed order or timeline for handling every case.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take actions including but not limited to:
Limiting display or reducing visibility of content
Stopping recommendations, limiting visibility scope, or stopping synchronization
Marking content for review
Removing or deleting content
Temporarily restricting specific features
Restricting interaction, posting, saving, or location-related abilities
Issuing warnings, short-term suspensions, or long-term suspensions
Permanently disabling an account, device, or related access rights
Preserving records and cooperating with legal process where necessary
For high-risk content, we may act immediately without prior notice.
If you repeatedly violate these Guidelines, evade suspensions, create replacement accounts, use new devices to bypass restrictions, or otherwise attempt to avoid enforcement, we may impose stricter measures, including permanent restriction of some or all access rights.
If you discover suspected violative content or conduct, you may notify us through the in-app reporting mechanism or the contact method below:

If your content or access is restricted and you believe this was in error, you may also submit an appeal in accordance with the SkyPost Reporting and Enforcement Policy.
We may revise these Guidelines at any time based on product development, legal requirements, risk management, or community conditions. Updated versions will be published in the App, on the website, or through other appropriate interfaces, and will take effect upon publication or on the date specified.
