As a Therapist I recognise that emotional regulation and wellbeing are supported not only through therapy sessions, but also through safe, accessible tools that can be used between sessions, at home, work/school or independently.
This page offers a growing collection of therapeutic resources to support emotional regulation, grounding, and nervous system calming. These resources are suitable for young people and adults, with guidance to choose what feels most helpful.
These resources are intended to support wellbeing and regulation and are not a replacement for therapeutic support.
Grounding Cards
I have two sets of grounding cards available for purchase for either Young Adults or for Adults, these can be purchased by Therapists, Professionals, or anyone wanting to learn new skills in emotional regulation strategies.
Free Sounds Baths
My sound baths are a restorative therapeutic practice in which you are immersed in calming sounds and vibrations from instruments including pianos and singing bowls combined with the sounds of nature. These steady tones help shift the nervous system into a more relaxed state, quiet the mind, and reduce stress. Rather than actively listening, you receive the sound, allowing the body to unwind and emotions to settle or gently release, supporting overall relaxation and emotional balance.
