Phase 5

The following is an in-depth guide for the fifth area of Metroid II: Return of Samus.

Go down this little winding path until you reach the lava, then go all the way to the left until you reach the shaft. Climb up this area until you reach a right door, then keep heading right until you find a Gamma Metroid. Kill the gamma metroid, then go back left until you reach the shaft you were at earlier. Go down until you reach the right door. Go all the way to the right until you can't anymore, then go upwards until you can't, then go all the way to the right  and then go through the winding path downwards. Go to the right until you find a space to go down, then go all the way down to reach Phase 6.
