Aim for the student to be in the Learning Zone
If students are sitting around or just completing H&P's, they are likely in the Comfort Zone
Push them outside of this zone to the Learning Zone where they are challenged
Remember that things that challenge students will likely seem easy or menial to you
Continuing to challenge them will allow them to focus on their own tasks, which will allow you time to focus on other tasks
If the student seems very overwhelmed and is not completing tasks, they may be in the Alarm Zone.
If you sense this, stop the student, reorient them, and ask them what guidance they need to get them back on track
You may want to give them a new task altogether to get them back in the Learning Zone
