Gameplay Systems are the logs, art points, stat points, etc... that you have to keep track of to rank up your Sindow! Basically they are the bread and butter of the gameplay in the group! Here you'll learn what you need to keep track of them and how to keep track of them.
The Log System is the series of comments on your Sindows import sheet. It is typically taken care of by admin, save for a couple things: breeding reservations and geno ownership transfer, these two things are taken care of by the owner of the Sindow. You may also post your Sindows tracker underneath the LOG comment.
The log has been updated a little bit, so the correct way the log should be set up is on this Sindows import Big Bad Wolf H9 - If your import LOG set up is different, no worries!
Again, you only comment on the log system to reserve a breeding slot for another user to your Sindow. You will also only comment on the log system to transfer a geno that your female Sindow has produced to another user. And again you can post your tracker under the log.
Trainings/Certifications: Any training or certification your Sindow does will be posted here by Admin with their score IF the training is scored! Most imports will say just trainings, but your breeding certification any any other training/certifications will also go here.
Breedings: Where breedings are posted. If a Sindow has its breeding certification it will have open slots listed under the breedings comment. These are what you reply to reserve your breeding slot. (If your import is older than January 2021 AND you’ve done their breeding certification, you may be missing the open slot comments)
Items: Any permanent items are put here (by admin!). You do not post the item to your Sindow.
Achievements: Ownership updates as well as AP (Rank up) updates are put here by admin

- It's a big help to you and the person using the slot for you to put what the slot is for (trade, gift, purchased) and if they should let you know before breeding plus any other breeding agreements, like who gets first pick etc...
ALL discussions about breedings, who gets what offspring, etc... should be done anywhere but the actual import sheet. DO NOT have conversations in the log system.
comments.deviantart.com/1/4779…
Again, all discussions about ownership should be done elsewhere. Don't have discussions in the Log system.
What you need, what you don't need, and how to organize them all.
What is a tracker journal and why do I need it?
A tracker journal is where you keep all the writing/art done of your Sindow to help keep track of Art Point System [AP] and Stat Point System (SSP)
You also need one to get any result for an activity. You can keep your AP, SSP, and activity results in the same journal.
So, you technically ONLY need one tracker journal per individual Sindow. This is the easiest for admin to use as well when we're counting your AP. But here is a list of all the things you'll need to have a tracker journal for (this is not including the stable journal.)
- Art Points (AP)
- Stats (SSP)
- Activities: Exploring, Showing, Working
So, basically, if you want to get anywhere in the group, ranking up your Sindow, getting better stats to show, and to get SC from your activities, you'll need a tracker.
Do I have to keep my tracker on dA?
No, because Eclipse sucks.
You can keep your trackers on any platform you're comfortable with i.e Google docs, weebly, etc.... If you are not using dA at all, but would still like to participate, you can store your trackers in your preferred platform and submit your AP through our discord server.
HOWEVER You will need a logs base, so wherever you’re storing your tracker needs to allow someone to be able to comment in reply with your results from activities.
Example of all in one:
I have everything in one in Blairs journal, but if you want, you can separate all the categories I have listed there in separate journals. However, if you do this, you NEED to link those journals into a main tracker or make sure you link the right tacker when you complete an activity or submit your AP/SSP.
Stables Points are earned by completing certain activities, mainly showing and working, but can be earned minimally from other activities. Stable levels also earn you rewards!
Quick Link: Stable Shop
The levels are: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
How to earn Stable Points: Stable points come from a variety of different things.

You NEED to put a comment on your Stable journal that is for tracking stable points and equipment slots. You may separate them into different comments for stable points and equipment slots.
You MUST have a link to a comment listed in this section. If you don't have a link, but the comment is within sight on the first page, admin will respond. If you DON'T have a comment or the comment is out of view, admin will not respond.
The comment is for ADMIN ONLY to respond with your stable points and slots that you've earned. That way you don't have to worry about tracking them and they only count after admin have responded with them. Admin will also post when your Stable or equipment has been leveled up.
IF YOU ARE NOT USING DA FOR YOUR TRACKER:
You still need to have logs on dA OR on a website that has a commenting system where admin (and you) can keep record of what you’re earning.
Stables start off as Basic. Each Basic Stable is equipped with a 5 stall barn, a geno barn, 1 paddock, and 2 equipment slots.
Only designed and uploaded Sindows will take up space in your 5 stall barn. Geno's will go to your Geno Barn, which has unlimited space for unlimited Geno's. Once your Sindow is designed and uploaded, you must have an open stall to put it in. Geno barns are not tracked, you don’t have to have your geno’s visible for admin, however I do find it helpful for personal organization purposes that I have a link to my geno barn in my stable.
A Stables level determines how many barns/stalls it can have! A basic stable can only hold 10 stalls (meaning 2 five stall barns for most). So, you'll have to earn more stable points in order for your stable to level up and for you to get more room to buy more barns.
Specialized breed enclosures: If you plan on getting an Avian, Oriental, Draken, or Gigan, you will need to buy a specialized enclosure! Each enclosure gets the same amount of slots your normal barn does when you level up your stable. If your first Sindow is a specialized breed, you will get an enclosure for free and have to buy a normal barn if you get any other Sindows. So when making your stable, just make sure you put your specialized breeds enclosure instead of 'barn'.
Specialized breed hybrids may need their own enclosures. They will be listed as specialized in their breed journals.
So, for example, you have Standard Sindows. They can have a max of 10 standards with your Basic normal stable. You want to get an avian so you buy a 5 stall Avian enclosure, you can fit up to 10 Avian enclosure stalls in your basic stable . When you level up to bronze, the allowable space goes up to 20 Stalls for your standard stable. It'll also go up in the same manner for your enclosure space. You will still need to buy/earn these barns/enclosures.
So, basically once you level up out of basic, you can go to the shop and buy more barns/enclosures for more room. Each barn or enclosure you buy comes with all its stalls unlocked and open. Once those are filled you must level up in order to get more Sindows.
You will be able to buy level 1 equipment from the stable shop. ALL equipment has the same levels and bonuses, but leveling can be done for EACH piece of equipment!
Equipment has 3 total levels. Once you've completed level 3, the equipment is maxed out and is at Level 4. It can no longer be leveled, but will still give the level four bonuses if you complete a showing or working piece. Bonuses are always given, it may be one type (like just SC), or up to three different types. (like SC and RNG or SC, RNG, and stable points)
Bonus's are given PER piece, not per Sindow depicted. Bonus's go to the person who drew the piece. If it is a collab, bonuses are given to each artist.
Level 1: 0-20 level points
Bonus's: 200-400 SC, 1-5 level points, 1 stable point
Level 2: 21-40 Level Points
Bonus's: 450 - 600 SC, RNG item (common item), 1-5 level points, 1-3 stable points
Level 3: 41-60 level points
Bonus's: 600 - 1000 SC. RNG item (uncommon or rare), 2-5 level points, 2-3 stable points
Level 4: 61+
Bonus's: 2,000 - 4,000 SC, RNG item (rare or very rare), 2-5 stable points
*Level points are not earned once you hit level four
How to Level Your Equipment:
- You will complete a Showing or Working piece (unless it is a Round Pen or Grooming Bay) depicting or describing (writing) the equipment.
- You CANNOT show two pieces of equipment being used at once, only one must be used as the focus point
- These pieces MUST be new and dedicated solely to being a Showing or Working piece.
- the equipment being used must be shown at least partially, so that admin can see that it is in fact the equipment being used. It must also be able to be discerned as that piece of equipment.
- Once you submit your piece to the Showing/Working log, admin will comment with your rewards on the correct log.
Tracking your equipment level:
Under the equipment in your stable journal, you'll need to keep track of your equipment's level! If you don't do this, admin will give you the level one bonus every time. No matter if your equipment is technically level two+.
Experience levels are determined by your handlers career points. They will earn these points from many different things:
- Training (basic and career)
- Breeding Certification
- Showing/Working
- Random Events
A handler's experience levels are the same as a Sindows rank, but in less quantities because career points are earned not from the type of art itself, but from the activity they have completed.
Going up in experience level also earns the handler stable bonuses! Your handler's experience level also gives points to the training score, so the more experience your handler has, the better score your Sindow gets on training.
Novice: 0- 20
- Nothing -
Intermediate: 21-40

+10 points added to training score
Infamous: 151+
30,000 SC
+2 Equipment slots unlocked
+15 points added to training score
Tracking Career Points: You DO NOT have to track your handlers career points, but if you want them to be able to gain additional careers or certain bonuses, you MUST track their career points.
Keep track of their points, and the proof of earning those points in your Handlers ref OR you can make a separate tracking journal and keep it linked in the handlers ref. It works exactly like tracking AP.
If your handler is a TRAINER you may hire them out to other players. They will hire your handler to train their Sindows, which means you can charge a price to have your handler train other Sindows. The person hiring your trainer will draw/write about them of course and your trainer will get the career points the training earns.
To get your handler points approved, please go HERE.
of course you only need to approve when you've reached another level!
You may also submit through the discord chat!
These bonuses have to do with your HANDLERS career, not the Sindows, although some benefits are towards the Sindows themselves. These bonus's only count when the handler WITH the career is depicted with a Sindow - does not have to be a Sindow they own or that you own at all. Rewards go to the owner of the handler unless it states that it goes to the Sindow the handler has trained etc..., no matter the owner.
Basic Careers (Official and Street):
These are the generalized starting bonus's. As your Handler gets more experienced in their career, their bonus's will increase!
Rider/Handler: +1 Career Point for every 5 working and/or showing pieces done
(showing and working count together, so 2 showing and 3 working pieces count etc..)
Trainer: Adds +5 SSP to Sindows stats (may be divided or put in any stats) once Sindows training is judged.
Farmer: (unavailable at the moment)
Vet: 50% off all vet items in the shop. (Please link your vet character when purchasing).
Additional Official Careers:
- please remember that these careers can only be chosen once your stable is at a Gold level and Handler is at Advanced.-
Search and Rescue Specialist: +5 AP bonus during Search and Rescue Events, +500 SC added to every exploring haul
Rehab Center Specialist: +1 SSP bonus for every Successful work day, +500 SC to every Working piece
Riding School Owner: +5 points added to sindows training score, 500 SC bonus for every career training set completed
BONUS'S BY LEVEL for EACH CAREER
These are in ADDITION to the bonus's above, so I will not include those. These are extra bonus's. Additional Careers will not earn increasing level bonus's. They will always be the same. These are cumulative, except for the handler/rider career point earnings. you don't earn CP at 5, 4, and 3, you'd just earn per pieces depending on your level.

Art points are earned whenever you draw or write about your Sindow. They are collected and kept track of to rank up your Sindow, which will give your Sindow stat points and other rewardsl. Ranking up your Sindow also determines how many offspring it can have.
ALL Sindows start out with 0 AP (Beginner). AP is the amount of art/lit your Sindow has done for it. (Stat points are a different type of points for Sindows, but they are connected. Read below in the Ranking up section.)
AP are not passed down to offspring.
This shows how many points you get for your art or writing plus bonuses! You'll take a look at your art and go through, adding up your AP according to what you have done. If you're ever not sure what your art qualifies as, just note the group or ask in the discord chat!
This is a chart showing the percentage of which is for headshot, bust, half body, 70-80%, and full body. Although for AP counting purposes, anything drawn to the purple or blue range is considered full body. This is the same on all Sindows. The grey areas are the optional full body, but if they are cut off outside the image, then that is okay too. This is also used for art requirements when something asks for half body, 80% etc...
ART
Smaller than 150 x 150 = 1 AP [no matter if it is colored, shaded etc...]
Headshot: 1 AP
- pink to green area on chart
Bust/Halfbody: 2 AP
- includes face, neck, and shoulders to midsection
Full Body: 3 AP
- face, neck, shoulders, middle, and hips shown
Sketch: +1 AP
Lined: +2 AP
Painterly: +3 AP (no lines, so don't count lines or sketch)
Color: +1 AP
Shading
~ Shading/lighting must be visible on the Sindow itself in order to count
Simple Shading: +1 AP
- One layer of shading or highlight, not very dynamic
Complex Shading: +2 AP
- Shading and Highlights, several layers of it
Background
- If there is no background don't add AP for a background
- Solid Color backgrounds or just simple pattern backgrounds do not count either
Flat: +1 AP
- There is no real depth, it's just flat color in shapes, can have depth, but doesn't have to
Semi-Detailed: +2 AP
- Has some shading, some depth, things like blades of grass or little details and textures are visible.
Detailed: +3 AP
- Must have depth and visible detail. Max effort BG - visible foreground, midground, and background. Shading and highlights all throughout.
Literature
Every 200 words = 1 AP
- Lit must be in English, please. Can be from handlers point of view or Sindows.
- In order for the lit to count for a Sindow, it must be mentioned at least three times and have some sort of impact on the story. A passing mention will not suffice.
Animation
- Take your art and add up what your animation is, like if it's a full body sketch, take the Art AP amount from a full body sketch, which is 3 AP. Then add this AP to it.
Simple: +2 AP per frame
- Eye blink, ear twitch, small movements
Complex: +4 AP per frame
- This is two or more parts moving in unison, including the full body
Bonus's
Featured Bonus: +10 AP
- If your art shows effort, dynamic color, lighting, and overall impression, and I think it deserves to be in the featured folder, then you'll get +10 AP for all Sindows depicted in your amazing artwork. Literature can also make it to the featured folder if it is detailed, enthralling, and grammatically readable.
Handler Bonus: +2 AP
- For every piece of art that you add a handler to, that does not require a handler, you can add the handler bonus.
Other ARPG Species Bonus: +2 AP
- Spread the species love! Only counts if the species is original, closed, and is considered ARPG (ex. shedu's, tokotas etc...). It doesn't matter if the groups are technically in different time periods. If you stick another species in there, then you get the bonus^^ If you question whether or not the species would count as a bonus, please ask.
Activity Bonus: +1 AP
- For Showing, Working, and Exploring pieces only
Training Bonus: +5 AP
- Your basic training, defect training, breeding certification, and career training pieces only (each piece gets the bonus)
Show Bonus: +3 AP
- For Monthly Shows or group shows (not holiday events).
Monthly Quest Bonus: +5 AP
- Monthly Quest pieces get +5 AP
Starter or NPC Character Bonus: +1 AP
- depict a starter or an NPC in your art and earn +1 AP for your Sindow(s).
Personal Art Bonus: +1 AP
- If the art is done BY you of a Sindow YOU own, then this counts.
To keep track of your AP, you need to make a tracker for your Sindow. This tracker can be stored anywhere, dA, google docs, weebly, etc... It can be organized however you like, but it must have these things visible:
Sindows Import Sheet
Each Art or Lit piece done for the Sindow WITH the AP breakdown.
A total for ALL your AP.
The rank of your Sindow.
Activities: You will also need the tracker for activities such as showing, working, and exploring. You can have designated comments or separate journals for Admin to respond to with your results or just have them comment on the Sindows journal itself.
Examples: these are examples from my own Sindows. I'm on the more organized side, so you can copy my format if you like
Ranking up happens when you reach a certain AP threshold, meaning you've earned a certain amount of AP. AP is stacked, so any AP you earn goes towards the total AP and rank that your Sindow has.
Here is the Chart:
Novice: 0- 25 AP
Beginner: 26-50 AP
Intermediate: 51 -100 AP
Adept: 101-150 AP

Getting AP Approved:
- You have to get your AP approved if you want your Sindow to rank up. This is why you keep track of it's AP^^
- Getting your AP approved is easy! Just make sure you have all your Art/writing gathered in your Sindows tracker and then respond to the link below.
- It's easiest and makes the most sense to wait until you have reached a threshold to submit your AP for approval. You shouldn't skip more than two thresholds.
AP Approval log: AP Approval Log
Every Sindow is born with stat points! They are mainly earned through Showing and Working activities. However, they can be earned from ranking up as well. They help determine how well your Sindow does in competitions.
To learn about Ranking up (which is done through AP) go to the AP drop down above.
The base stats for Sindows range by breed:
Avian: 1- 12 SSP
Draken: 25 - 37 SSP
Oriental: 30 - 42 SSP
Variant: 84 - 96 SSP
Standard: 85 - 97 SSP
Draft: 100 - 112 SSP
Gigan: 300 - 312 SSP
Stat points are passed down to offspring, so if you're trying to breed for stats, make sure your Sindows have nearly matching stat points or one parent has higher stats. Breeding Sindows of different breeds can make your stats range, especially if you breed to a much smaller or much smaller Sindow.
Disciplines have certain stats associated with them. So having your Sindow compete in a discipline that it has matched with stat wise is the best route.
Alot of Sindow imports still have the old system breakdown! IF you still have the old system breakdown and want it updated ASAP, note the group or message the group on discord! The old system has the stats listed like this:
❌INCORRECT (numbers are just examples)
Stamina: 0
Acuity: 6
Speed: 9
Strength: 1
Agility: 1
Patience:1
The NEW SYSTEM has them listed like this: (numbers are just examples)
✅CORRECT:
17 St | 9 Ac | 10 Sp | 15 Str | 10 Ag | 18 Pa
So if your Sindow has the incorrect stat format, please note the group or contact through discord and i'll walk you through how your AP is counted and so on.
ALSO, if your stat numbers don't match the above chart for breed, please note the group or contact through discord to get them corrected. OR they will be corrected upon completion of training!
Stamina [St] - how long your Sindow can run
Acuity [Ac] - How smart your Sindow is
Speed [Sp] - how fast your Sindow is
Strength [Str] - how strong your Sindow is
Agility [Ag] - how nimble your Sindow is
Patience [Pa] - how tolerant your Sindow is
You can plan your Sindows personality out according to stats or have them act however you want. This meaning if your Sindow has a low acuity stat, you can make them dumb if you want. However, you do not have to. Stats do not officially correlate to your Sindows personality and skills.
Each stat has a base level listed above. (Stats are not totalled all together, they are counted separately). However, as you get competing and ranking up, your Sindow will start to gain more and more stat points. These levels aren't officially kept track of like ranks, but will be used to judge who competes against who in shows. Most shows will have designated sign up areas for 'Level 1 Sindows' etc... So pay attention to your core stats your Sindow will be disqulified from the show.
Level 1: Base SSP in each core stat
- So for example, a level one Avian would have 1- 12 SSP in each core stat, a standard would have 26-38.
Level 2: More than highest base SSP in each core stat
- A level 1 Avian would have 1-12 SSP, a level 2 Avian would have 13-23 in each core stat
Level 3: Maxed stats in each core stat
- A level 2 Avian would have 13-23 SSP, but a level three would be 24SSP
Stats max out when your Sindow has doubled its inborn stats (each stat, not as a whole). So if a standard Sindow was born with 91 Speed, it’s speed stat will be maxed out at 182. As of January 2021, a Sindow cannot earn stats if they are all capped out. At some point, the stat cap may be raised, but for now, doubling each stat is the max.
What is a core stat?: These stats (usally a discipline has 2-4 core stats) are important for competing. Core stats pertain directly to your Sindows chosen discipline or disciplines. These are the ones that will be compared when your Sindow shows/competes. The others will have no sway to results.
Example: You have a Sindow that is disciplined in Sprint Racing. Sprint Racings core stats are Speed, Strength, and Agility.
The Sindows level is counted by majority of the stats. So, if your Sindow has two level 1 stats and one level 2 stat, then it counts as level one. If it has two level 2 and one level 1 it counts as level 2. Again, this ONLY concerns the core stats. If your Sindow has a discipline that has 4 core stats, it needs 3 of them to be level two (etc) to be level 2.
How does this make or break your show results? If you have the 3, 3, 14 Avian, you'll be competing with other level 1 Avians. 3 is still low in level 1 terms, so the 14 in agility could bring your placing up. However, if you have the 3, 20, 14 Sindow, you'll be competing with other Level 2 Sindows. that low 3 could bring your placing down.
So, just make sure your Core stats are all of the same level before you compete!
You will also need your tracker to keep track of your Sindows stats!
Each Sindow will be born with stats. These stats will be listed in their geno or if they are already designed, in their import as INBORN stats. These are what they've directly inherited from their parents!
So, in your tracker journal you should keep track of your Sindows stats at the bottom. It is VERY important to keep up with your Sindows stat tracker and get your stats as soon as you have your AP approved or earn stats from shows/activities. If you don't update it regularly and want your Sindow to enter a show, admin will go by the stats listed on the IMPORT sheet, not what you have tracked.
How it works:
Have your Inborn stats listed like this:
Inborn: 9 St | 13 Ac | 22 Sp | 11 Str | 9 Ag | 18 Pa
*they must be visibly in the tracker journal somewhere, not in a separate journal!
When you earn stats from ranking up. You will be told how many you earned and where they can go. The same thing with shows/comps. You will have an official admin comment saying what you earned.
You need your Official admin comment to get your stats approved and should have it linked in your tracker as well, so there is no mystery.
For an example, look here: Calder ST002
But it should look like this:
Inborn Stats: 10 St | 14 Ac | 14 Sp | 17 Str | 17 Ag | 8 Pa
+ 1 stat in any skill (tack)
Proof: [tack does not need to be linked]
10 St | 14 Ac | 14 Sp | 17 Str | 17 Ag | 9 Pa
Reaching 50 AP: +2 to any stat
Proof: [Admin AP approval comment would go here]
Current Stats: 12 St | 14 Ac | 14 Sp | 17 Str | 17 Ag | 9 Pa
respond to this link to get your stats approved. After they are approved, your Sindows import will be updated.
Just thought I'd include this.
Stats are passed down between the parents range. So if parents have a range of 15 - 20 in the speed stat, then the offspring will be rolled from 15-20 in their speed stat.
Breedings are done from the CURRENT stats in the IMPORT SHEET! so, if you have stats (kept track of in your tracker) but have not gotten them approved, your Sindow will be bred with what is shown in the import.
Genetic Quality
Genetic Lines and how to breed the best Sindows!
Genetic Quality is in a beta test of sorts. We’ll need to see how it works, how everything settles and how easily it is worked with. Abbreviated with GQ.
Current Sindows: Genetic Quality will be calculated by lineage and activity level (i.e, what you’ve done with your Sindow. Group starters will have good genetic quality, player starters- player owned Sindows who have no lineage and originally started as fully trained will have in the middle GQ because you can still start off with them as if they were a blank slate and train/work with them. I will not be going through and updating every single import (i will go insane), just comment with your Sindow(s) or Stables and you will get GQ updates. All starters will be getting updates.
What is your Sindows Genetic Quality and what does it mean?
Your Sindows genetic quality determines how easily it trains and is an overall quality factor for future breeding and how the offspring will handle as well. The better the Sindows GQ, the better it does in training, showing/working, and making genetically better offspring. Below are the activities and group workings that Genetic Quality affects the most and how it affects them.
Genetic Quality will be listed in the Genetic Info part of the Sindows import sheet. Genetic Quality will range on a 0-100 scale (for now), if you get over 100 your Sindow is the pinnacle of perfection. The scale will grow as the amount of Sindows improve their genetic quality. You may not be earning whole number points. There will be decimals involved (for example earning .50)
Improving the GQ will not be easy, but you will be able to continually improve it. Improving it is done through group activity AND selective breeding!
Training: The lower your Sindows Genetic Quality, the harder it is to train (most of the time), you may get lucky and have a low GQ Sindow train easily! You may have a high GQ Sindow be a little harder to train. It’ll be Genetic Quality + Stats + RNG chance that trains the Sindow.
Showing/Working: Showing and working are stat based, so Genetic Quality will not affect it directly.
Stats: GQ will affect stats when the Sindow is born, not how well they earn them. Sindows who are born in the low GQ range will have 4 SSP removed from all stats. Good Quality GQ Sindows will have 2 SSP removed from all stats. Excellent GQ and above Sindows will earn normal stats.
Breeding: Genetic Quality is helped along with selective breeding. Like with stats, the GQ of your Sindow is determined by the parents. However the Genetic Quality percent is averaged twice between both parents, not RNG between range. You have a 89GQ x 30GQ so your average is 59.5 and then you divide by two again. This goes for all offspring, there’s no random factor. If you want high GQ offspring, you have to breed to high GQ Sinows.
Hybrids will have a harder time improving their GQ. they will just earn genetic quality more slowly since they are hybridized. So hybrids will have their own lines of GQ.
How to improve Genetic Quality:
Genetic Quality is improved by partaking in group activities and as stated above, selective breeding.
1-50 = Low Genetic Quality
51-75 = Good Genetic Quality
76-100 = Excellent Genetic Quality
100+ = Perfect Genetic Quality
Your Sindow will not be labeled with ‘low’ Genetic Quality, ‘good’ etc… it will simply have the point value on the import sheet. I.e: Genetic Quality: 45. There is no ‘level system’ to this, as you’ll be able to continually improve GQ. HOWEVER, your Sindow will come to a point where it will slowly stop being able to improve genetic quality. This will generally happen later in its life.
Everyone will be starting out with lower GQ. So people who are working with their Sindows will be able to improve their Genetic Quality.
Genetic Quality will not be able to be earned as a prize. Genetic Quality is only earned through directly working with the Sindow! Your Sindow will still be able to earn GQ if someone else draws the training, etc… it just can’t be earned at random as a prize.
Breakdown of how to improve Genetic Quality:
Training: Depending on the scoring bracket your Sindow falls into, you'll earn varying amounts of genetic quality.
Showing/Working: For every piece you complete, you Sindow gains 1 GQ. Depending on your placings/results, your Sindow will earn GQ.
Every 5 1st place finishes or successful work days your Sindow will earn +1GQ
Every 5 2nd or 3rd place finish or Mediorcre work day, your Sindow will earn +.5GQ
Career Training: For every prompt they will earn 1 GQ and completing Career Training will give your Sindow a GQ boost!
Breeding Certification: 5 GQ points will be earned upon completing breeding certification. They will also earn .5 GQ for every +5 point bonus they match for their Genetic Line. and 1 point for every +10 bonus they match for their genetic line.
Breeding: The easiest way to improve genetic quality. Offspring will gain half the average GQ of their parents.
Exploring: Will not earn you GQ per image, but every 5 exploration images you’ll earn +1 GQ. it’s not the best way to earn GQ, but it’s more for earning items and SC.
Leveling up in stats: When your Sindow levels in a stat, it’ll earn 5 GQ.
Participating in Group Events: Group events will have their own individual GQ counts available per image done.
Submitting GQ Approvals:
You will not have to submit GQ to a special log, when you submit your pieces to their own individual logs, your Sindows GQ will automatically be added to their import. It’s not something you have to keep track of individually, but if you want to keep track of it on your own, feel free to do so.
Yes, Sindows have a small chance (15%) at getting injured while showing, working, and exploring. They will not get injured during holiday events or special events unless otherwise stated.
Each Sindow has a health bar in their Import sheet, under their personality. It'll look like this 100/100 HP. Each injury type has a certain amount of Health Points (HP) it'll take away when your Sindow is injured. This is done by admin, though if you want, you can also put it in your Sindows tracker.
There are three types of injuries, minor, major, and severe.
Minor: -5 Health ( small cuts, scrapes, and bruises)
Major: -15 health (punctures, large bruises, deep cuts, torn muscles/ligaments)
Severe - 30 health (lacerations (large), broken bones, internal bleeding)
Yes! If your Sindow is too injured, it will not be able to take part in breeding or certain activities. Here is the chart:
50-100% health = full participation in anything
30-49% health = barred from exploring, working, and showing as well as any group shows/competitions
20-39% health = barred from any of the above and breeding as well
0-29% health = sindow may not participate in any group activities including: Showing, working, exploring, breeding, monthly quests, any group event
Once your Sindow is injured, you may choose to heal it immediately or you may choose to wait and run the risk of it getting worse when your Sindow gets injured again.
There are TWO ways to heal your Sindow! (update March 2025, just took out the Group vet method as it's so easy to get healing items or drawn an image)
HEALING ITEMS:
Technically, this is your Stable Vet using the items to heal your Sindow, but you don't have to make any extra art for it or actually have a Stable Vet character made if you don't want to.
Go here (or use discord chat) to heal your Sindow with items: Healing Item Log
healing items must be in your inventory or proofs linked!
HEALING IMAGE:
You must have a Stable Vet character made with a ref in order to use this option. You must draw or write about your Stable Vet healing the Sindow!
Art Requirements:
Art must be larger than 300x300 pixels
must be colored and have a small background at least
stable vet must be 50% visible, Sindow must be 50% visible
writing must be more than 600 Words
Submit your piece here: HEALING LOG
You may also submit through discord!
Up until your Sindow turns 28, the only thing that ages your Sindow is breeding. It ages 1 YEAR every breeding season it participates in. However, as your Sindow gets older, it's fertility and ability to earn Genetic Quality will drop down after it turns 28 years old.
Sindows generally live between 30-35 years old. Once it hits 30 the Sindow will have a chance at 'dying' which means it just becomes unplayable and you can put that into your storyline how you like. After 30 years old, breedings will still age your Sindow, however, it's fertility will go down, meaning the litters will be smaller or may not result in offspring at all. It's ability to earn genetic quality will also slow and stop.
After it turns 30, you may also age the Sindow by drawing it Exploring. Each piece you draw will age it one year and give it a chance at dying after each piece. Generally each Sindow lives between 30-35 years, but if the rng luck is with you, the Sindow will live longer.
In the future, there may be items to prolong your Sindows life, but as of right now there aren't any available. Once your Sindow has died, it'll earn you a Legacy Pack from that Sindow. You can also add a 'Legacy Garden' to your stable to keep all your Sindows that have passed, and it'll also help keep track of the earnings from the Legacy Pack.
LEGACY PACK:
Sadly, that time has come and your Sindow has lived a good life. You and your Sindow have worked hard and it's time to remember it as it was. The Legacy Pack earns you:
x2 Legacy Breedings (from frozen embryo's/sperm)
5,000 SC
x1 Reroll Serum
