Great smell!

Like that it’s a combo, my puppy’s fur is very soft and fluffy after using this. It has a great smell after the bath as well. The size of the bottle is good, I do feel like I have to use a lot to lather my pup though. Easy to use when she is moving and trying to escape bathtime, and easy to store next to my regular shower items. I’d buy it again.

Tearless, sulfate-free, pH balanced, Cruelty free

I loved finding something "tearless" for my new puppy, just in case it got in her eyes. It's made without fragrances, which is great, but it definitely does not make her smell good when she's clean. That said, having a product free of harsh or toxic chemicals is more important, so I put my trust in Burt's Bees. My girl's cute little pink spotted skin has never had a problem with dryness from this, so I not only plan to order more but will enthusiastically recommend it.

Smell is okay

I use this for in-between washed. My puppy loves playing in dirt. This helps wash him off without needing to scrub down or off the weekly wash. The smell is decedent. I haven't noticed the no tear use as I'm pretty careful with washing his face. Will update if I accidentally get it in his eye.

This product works well. My dogs fur is really soft and clean after a bath, and he can tolerate me cleaning his eyes and face.

Great Value, Low Lather

I got this for my sheltie that seems to have an itchy face but doesn't really enjoy getting their face washed. So, I wanted something that would be gentle on his skin and not cause eye irritation.
This did the trick. The only drawback I would say is there isn't really any scent and it didn't lather very well. However if you are looking a tearless shampoo for a puppy or a grown dogs face, I would recommend this. It's also a great value and sometimes there are coupons.

Smell is weird but It works well

Washed my puppy in this it kinda has a weird chemically smell. But it works well cleaned him well. He was definetly comfortable with the soap. Idk if I like the smell though so i might buy a different product next time.

READ ME - Dog broke out in rash!

Shampoo is fine and vet said it’s good quality and safe to use, but my puppy had an unexplainable rash with nasty looking bumps, scabs and very itchy skin after using this shampoo that started at the base of her head and went down her back. Reviewing to share to hopefully spare the rest of you! Don’t squeeze the shampoo directly onto your dog, and especially not a young puppy. Squeeze shampoo into your hands, lather in your hands, then apply to your dog. We rinsed her really well and seemed like we rinsed all the shampoo off, but if any is left behind, it can irritate your dog’s skin and continue to dry it out, which is what caused the rash. The vet said the tiniest amount can cause this and squeezing the shampoo directly onto your dog can allow it to soak in and get trapped in the undercoat more easily. The vet said to still use the shampoo, just following the method described above, so we have, and no issues since.

Gentle & Tear free

Gentle on my puppy’s face snd tear free. However, doesn’t seem to lather up well without using a lot of it.
