 They’re like a 7.5, used to be a 9

Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2023

I really like these pads bcs they’re black, and u can’t see the nasty pee stains. I’ve been buying these for months, and when I bought them a 2nd time, they changed/redesigned the pads, and I thought it was better than ever! However I lowered a star bcs I recently bought them again, and they changed them again. Now they seem so thin and flimsy, I don’t like what they did when they folded the sides in even more than before which I thought wa speeded too before! As I put these ontop of a tray so if the dogs pee off it, it gets absorbed or is on the tray(which they usually don’t but some accidents happen) and the folded sides just bring it in, and stays folded making it more likely for that to happen unless I really fold it back for a minute or so. I also think the ones I used to buy would hold more pee, as these seep through a little bit but I just wipe it down, didn’t have that problem before. Stop changing the pads and leave them alone. You keep changing the recipe it will be a different one, and more so less appealing. They were great as is. As this folded in side is rlly getting on my nerves! The top is the newer version and bottom is older, u can even see more padding on the older version. You can also see how the older version just sticks up better and the new won’t stay up and keeps folding down. The only reason the other side of the newer version is staying up is bcs I have it pinned to the wood.

 Excellent absorption!

Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2023

These are the best pads I have used and I plan to stick with these. It's hot so my puppy pees alot! She somehow manages to get right on the corner of other pads, making a huge mess that spreads and leaks on my floor. I've had less of that with these because they are a bit larger and are folded at the sides, preventing the leakage. She can also go a couple times before I have to pull it up since they absorb so well, leaving little odor. I usually put down two at a time, next to each other, and that takes care of 2 feedings (I pick up poop with a clorox wipe and flush it). It was getting super expensive with other brands, that I'd have to change out 4 or 5 times daily since they didn't absorb that well. I highly recommend these!

My crazy dog does not want to use these

Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2023

I have bought charcoal pads before and never had a problem, but I am noticing a trend with my goofy dog peeing next to this pad in particular. She is a professional pad pee-er, and I have never had this problem until I recently cracked open a box of these pads. There have been occasions where she missed a pad or was half off the pad and because of that I keep heavy duty plastic sheeting on the floor to lay her pads on (I do not care what the box says, all pads either leak or some reaction between pee and the material the pads are made of causes condensation on the bottom of the pad that wets the floor, even when they pee square on).

Since I have been using these charcoal pads, she pees off the pad at least 25% of the time. I work from home and her potty place is adjacent to my workstation so I can see when she goes. I don't let the pad get soaked with multiple pees, I usually pick up after a 2nd unless she has a big 1st pee on the pad, then I pick it up after the 1st. But even if I lay down new fresh pads (always 2 side by side) she still pees off too often. I spared you a picture of pee on my floor, and I included a picture of Baby Luv as dog tax. In this picture I am asking her to please pee on the pad, not next to the pad.

Great to buy when its $20

Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2023

I like to buy this product when it is 100 potty pads for $20. 100-count potty pads usually go for $30, so when you see a deal like this- it's a purchase worth buying. The pads themselves are great too, when my dog pees, it doesn't have an odor as much but there will sometimes be leaks here and there. I like it when pads are white, so I know when it's time to change the pad, but because this one is black, it's sometimes harder to recognize so I usually change it between every four and five hours.

 I like these pads but…

Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2023

I had bought these pads a couple of times and it was 19.99, the next time I went in to order the price went up 6.00 so I didn’t buy them again. I like the dimension of the large size pads perfect for my dog, and they are absorbent. I do pick them up immediately and don’t try to get multiple uses out of them. However they are very expensive although cheaper on amp on than in stores but still this is something disposable and I’m not paying that kind of money with the amount I go through.

 Absorbs urine

Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2023

My elderly cat had been having issues with getting in the litter box, but peeing over the edge. I bought these pads to prevent issues on those occasions, and the gel in the pad absorbed the urine without letting it reach the floor, then throw the whole thing away. No muss, no fuss.

Seems like they changed the pad.

Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2023

The pad seems thinner and gets wet faster. I have a 3#2oz adult chihuahua and used to be able to go morning to next morning without having to change. Just remove stool and flush away. Now I'm changing in afternoon because the urine seems to spread all over pad. Doesn't stay in an area therefore, the pad is very wet by afternoon and then again in morning. Never goes on to floor though.
