Logo design and branding are part of a process of creating permanence in the marketplace; be it the public sector, non-profit sector, or higher education. When the brand is developed and disseminated, audiences learn what to expect. Many of these logos--part of larger branding projects--rely on color theory and rhetorical strategies to embody and radiate virtues like: authority, professionalism, whimsy, technological know-how, and hand-in-hand partnerships.
